Justin Bieber's Second Book Deal In The Works

Justin Bieber turns 18 on March 1 and he is already working on his SECOND book (the first one being First Step 2 Forever: My Story) which is aptly titled 'Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started. The photographic book will be released some time in September which of course makes it the perfect Christmas gift for 2012.

According to THR, Harper Collins says book number two:

will include information about his world tour, the making of his hit concert documentary, Never Say Never, and the recording of his highly-anticipated next album

The first book was released in October 2010 and went on to sell more than 1 million copies. His popularity has only increased and given it will highlight his next album ought to send Beliebers into fits of hysteria which translates to a lot of freaking money.

Beyonce and Jay-Z Trademark Blue Ivy

Beyonce and Jay-Z Trademark Blue Ivy

Beyonce and Jay-Z have trademarked their daughter Blue Ivy Carter's name so that you can't. The application was filed by Beyonce's company BGK Trademark Holdings. Not only that but the name has been reserved to produce a line of baby carriages, diaper bags, baby cosmetics and other items for the baby in your life.

But the most interesting part of all of it is they submitted the trademark on January 26 and fashion designer Joseph Mbeh filed a trademark application on January 11 and he was DENIED. Denied before the parents of Blue Ivy even filed theirs leading some to speculate that the Carters received preferential treatment in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He alleges he wasn't out  to profit off of their baby but wanted to pitch the idea to Beyonce and Jay-Z. Allegedly.

However their is the exception to the Blue Ivy trademark rule and that is a lady who trademarked the name Blue Ivy in January of 2011 (long before Beyonce was pregnant with her daughter) and operates a boutique in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. If she is approached to sell the name to the Carters it would probably be akin to win the freaking lottery!

'I can't ever remember using a different mascara to L'Oréal Paris Telescopic, I've used it for years,' Cole said of the product.

'The new False Lash Telescopic Mascara is my new favourite, as it gives my eyes a false lash look effect.'

This girl could sell expired milk.

What do you think of the photos?

David Beckham Puts A Sock In It. Literally.

David Beckham Puts A Sock In It. Literally.

Do NOT tell me that David Beckham is going au natural under those undies. While I will never deny his smoking hotness and beautiful physique the 'package' does not look natural. But let's suppose it is all Beckham, my hat is off to Victoria Beckham for waking up to that gorgeous mansicle.

David is back in his underwear for and H&M spread where he is looking dark, mysterious and someone not to be messed with. The hair doesn't do anything for me. I"m surprised I noticed he had a head at all.

The undies retail for £9.99 and be available in stores February 2. David Beckham not included in purchase price. I'm including a picture of his underwear campaign with Armani for comparative purposes of course.

Kardashian Family To Sue Over Child Labor Sweatshop Claim

Kardashian Family To Sue Over Child Labor Sweatshop Claim

Yesterday we reported that a story had come out alleging that some of the products the Kardashian Klan put their names behind (including ShoeDazzle) were manufactured in sweatshops in China under atrocious conditions. Well it turns out Charles Kernaghan, executive director for Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights has not actually been in these factories and only ASSUMED this based on China's track record. He admitted all on TMZ yesterday and it has angered Mama Bear (Kris Jenner) so much so that she is going to sue his ass. If you think about it, for an executive at his level it wasn't very smart to make an assumption in the press that could be so slanderous in nature. But his reasoning is he's been investigating this type of things for years and felt comfortable enough to make that assumption.

Kris Jenner insists that the factories the products they back are made in are policed and inspected on a regular basis and there is absolutely NO child slave labor happening in their factories. She is apparently so furious she is going to be suing. I think it's a safe assumption The Star is going to be sued for putting this story on the cover.

Kardashian Products Made In Child Labor Sweatshops

Kardashian Products Made In Child Labor Sweatshops

The fashion products that the Kardashian Klan endorse and put their names behind are using child labor sweatshops The Star is reporting in a shocking story.  Charles Kernaghan, is the executive director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights and tells the tabloid:

“The Kardashians are in bed with some pretty bad people,”  “Not only are celebrities like the Kardashians taking advantage of these workers, they are holding hands with a government that spits on democracy and women’s rights.”

Not all products they endorse are made in these sweatshops but a huge investigation is taking place into the places that manufacture the Kris Jenner Kollection, ShoeDazzle, and some of the items that are sold at their K-Dash store. Apparently these products are manufactured in areas of China that have inhumane conditions and treatment of its workers.

The workers basically live in squalor where they earn $1 hour. Sometimes temperatures reach 100 F in the factories they work in. According Kernaghan the workers:

“Can’t talk during working hours,” “You can’t  listen to music; you can’t stand up and stretch. You can’t even put your head up and look around, or you will be screamed at. If you get permission to use the toilet, you get four minutes. If you’re highly specialized, you cannot even go to the bathroom.”

He slams the Kardashians and says it's time they took a stand:

“Kim has been very fortunate, but it’s time for her and her family to treat these workers with respect,” he tells Star.

“Kim, for example, could say, ‘It ain’t going to be all about me, me and me.’ She could do something and not leave behind a broken mess of women and children. If she took a stand and said, ‘I want to manufacture my products in Chicago or Los Angeles, where I can ensure people humane conditions,’ she would be taking the right stand.”

You should take a look at the website because it isn't just the Kardashian name behind brands that are made in these disgusting sweatshops, it's also the sports paraphernalia that teams such as the Dallas Cowboys manufacture their goods and big-name department stores.

The Kardashians are really coming under fire ever since Kim announced her divorce from Kris Humphries. And while the divorce is painful, this (the sweatshops) is downright tragic and as Kernaghan says, they have an obligation to ensure the products they stand behind are not manufactured in these conditions.

That issue of The Star hits the newsstands tomorrow.
