Chad Ochocinco has entered a new phase of his career: marriage counseling. In addition to his football career and stint on Dancing With The Stars he wants to offer Russell Brand and Katy Perry a one-hour FREE marriage counseling lesson:

Not sure of his 'marriage counseling credentials or if he is even married for that matter, but it is really sweet of Chad. However he's interfering with my master plan to get some alone time with Russell (after he has fully grieved of course) and pop his head off with my thunder thighs and mount it above my bed. 2012 is going to be a GREAT year.

Basketball Wives’ star Evelyn Lozado who also happens to be Chad Ochocinco’s fiancee is the latest cast rumour of Season 13 of Dancing With The Stars.

Her fiance Chad Ochocinco danced into the hearts of many of us on Season 10 (March, 2010) and into the diamond-loving heart of his dance partner Cheryl Burke. Of course they weren’t a ‘couple’ in the true sense (at least they kept denying it) but how many guys give those kinds of diamonds to a woman he isn’t boning? Exactly.

So it’s reasonable to assume if she’s going to be on the show we will see him cheering her on, schedule permitting of course. So what’s a woman engaged to an NFL star doing on a show called Basketball Wives? Well perhaps it was because she was once engaged to basketball star Antoine Walker.

Not having watched Basketball Wives I can’t say I’m excited about this news. And so far with the other rumours I’m definitely not excited about Season 13 of Dancing With The Stars.

Chad Ochocinco Confirms His Engagement

An avid animal lover his entire life, even as a child he couldn’t fathom people wearing fur for coats:

“To tell you the truth, when I was younger growing up, I thought it was all fake―they didn’t really kill animals.”

I think I’m actually speechless.  I really have no more to write about this.  What else could I possibly say? I do have something more to say.  After staring at this lovely photo for a very long time it occurred to me: he manscapes!! Who doesn’t love that?

Chad Ochocinco has confirmed that he is in fact engaged to Evelyn Lozada.  He announced the big news on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show today.  He gave Evelyn a 10-carat ring from Jason Beverly Hills.  Gulp.  I can't imagine wearing a rock like that… it would make me nervous and I am not used to that kind of heavy lifting.

Chad Ochocinco Ok With Elimination, Wants Cheryl Burke To Remain In His Life

"Yeah, man … It's time for me to sit down," he said after being asked about the rumors. "Enough is enough. I'm 32, you know, my days are over.  I think I found everything I've been looking for in one person," he told Seacrest, adding that she is "close enough" to being perfect.

OMG.  Close enough?  I'd be really, really ticked off if my man said I was "close enough."   I'd take that 10-carat boulder and chuck it at his head!

Chad has plans to make some mini Ochocinos too,

"Maybe [we'll have] … a couple babies.  You never know what'll happen."

I don't know if the world could handle any more Ochocinos though…… watch out!

To watch Chad Ochocinco improve on Dancing With the Stars was really great.  He did do so much better than at the beginning of the season but it wasn’t enough to keep him for next week’s finale.  And he’s fine with that, except for one very important thing:

“absolutely fine…I will miss everybody” ”I told Cheryl as long as she doesn’t leave my life, I’ll be fine. That’s the only thing.”

“Getting eliminated, all the work we put in, it’s hard,” he admitted. “But the time that I spent with her was awesome.” ”The only one that really really means a lot to me is Cheryl.

Cheryl added:

“He’s so sweet,”"We’ve built a really strong friendship and I hope we’ll be friends forever.”

Considering he gave her a very beautiful diamond ring and necklace (not to mention the way he talks about and looks at her) it’s hard not to believe these two are not involved, but he is about to start a dating reality show called The Perfect Catch. Perhaps it’s a case of the show being in the works before he met her? I refuse to believe they aren’t in love

When asked if she would appear on the show Cheryl replied:

“Possibly! Sure I’ll help him find somebody!”

Chad and Cheryl will be missed.  I was always looking forward to their chemistry and what new piece of bling he bought her each week
