Loki Has an Army But The Avengers Have a Hulk

A fun little international tv spot for The Avengers has hit the web. The spot is short, but it does the job. The best things about it, Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark delivering the patented “Stark Snark” and probably twice the Tom Hiddleston as Loki than we’ve gotten thus far.
It’s less than four weeks until the UK release and just five until we get it here in the US so as many goodies as we’ve received in the past month, expect the flow to only increase from here on out! Can you tell that I’m excited about this one?
“Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures “Marvel’s The Avengers”–the Super Hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, CaptainAmerica, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson, and directed by Joss Whedon, “Marvel’s The Avengers” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963 and a comics institution ever since. Prepare yourself for an exciting event movie, packed with action and spectacular special effects, when “Marvel’s The Avengers” assemble in summer 2012. In “Marvel’s The Avengers,” superheroes team up to pull the world back from the brink of disaster when an unexpected enemy threatens global security.”
The Avengers open in 2D, 3D and super stupendous IMAX 3D on 26th April in the UK (as Avengers Assemble) and May 4 in the US. (Oh and just to say thanks for reading, there are two new pics of Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow at the bottom of the post)
