Cynthia Nixon and her fiancee, Christine Marinoni are sharing a photo of  their new baby boy, Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni. He only arrived on Monday, February 7, and they are already sharing their joy.  How precious.

He is an absolute doll.  Look at that red hair.  Christine is the one who gave birth to Max.  Cynthia has two older kids, Samantha (14) and Charles (8) with her ex boyfriend, Danny Mozes.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have taken Sex and The City to London to premiere their sexiness.  Joining them were Mr. Big himself, Chris Noth and Mario Cantone.

I aint never seen any hair accessories at Walmart the likes of which is on SJP’s noggin.  It kind of blends in with the trees, but I tried to get a couple of pictures where you see it real good.  And I’m sorry

And despite the film getting some not-so-good- reviews (critics don’t always speak for us now do they?) their midnight ticket sales are up from the first Sex and The City Movie from 2008 grabbing $3 million! Two years ago, on Memorial Day weekend, Sex and The City made $57 Million.  Do you think SATC2 will surpass this?

Sex and The City 2 had it’s world premiere last night in New York City to a frenzy no doubt.  There were almost 500 pictures of the event and can you believe the only one that showed Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis together was this one showing part of SJP’s ass hanging out?  And Kristin Davis isn’t even visible either.  But there are lots of other pictures where you can see the ladies.

The movie opens Friday and everyone seems to be bursting at the seams waiting for it.  The men of Sex and The City also attended the premiere:  Mario Cantone, Willie Garson, Chris Noth, John Corbett, Jason Lewis, and Gilles Marini.

This was one majorly star-studded premiere with a ton of celebrities attending.  The list is way too long to include everyone but here are some of the attendees:

Sex and the City 2 opens in theatres May 27 and the latest promotional poster shows the girls photo shopped to epic proportions.  In particular Kim Cattrall doesn’t even look like herself.  What the hell?

Sarah Jessica Parker looks quite a bit younger (as does Kim Cattrall) and her face is very elongated and thin.

If I had to say, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon look the most ‘normal’ on the poster. And by normal I mean how they actually look.

It really makes you wonder why studios release posters like this.  It’s insulting to the average consumer given we are going to look at it and say ‘this is photoshopped’.  Or maybe they want all that talk? Who knows what is behind that decision.  However, advanced ticket sales are apparently quite massive.

Unbeknownst to all of us Sex and the City maniacs, they have been making Sex and the City 3 right under our noses while filming the second instalment:

“There is also a third movie on the go. It’s under wraps for publicity reasons.  ”It makes sense to film the second and third movies back to back. The characters will look a lot younger on screen when the third movie is out in a couple of years.

They’re keen to look as young as possible because that movie will be their last. They want to go out on a high”

While I don’t doubt this could very well be true, I have to wonder if it’s for the reasons they say it is.  I think their fans will forgive them for *gasp* getting older.

Claire Danes looks lovely as she attends the HBO screening  of Temple Grandin at the Time Warner building in New York last night.  The television movie is:

A biopic of Temple Grandin, an autistic woman who has become one of top scientists in humane livestock handling

Claire plays the lead and the TV movie also stars Julia Ormond, Catherine O’Hara, and David Strathairn.

Also attending the premiere:  Cynthia Nixon, Hayden Panettiere and Emmanuelle Chriqui.

It premieres February 6, 2010.
