Denise Richards Isn’t Roasting Charlie Sheen.

Bummer! I so would have enjoyed the roast that much more had Denise Richards been on board.  Charlie Sheen is the next guy on tap to be on a Comedy Central Roast and Denise was rumored to be in line to roast him.  You know it would have been great too!

But yesterday when she went on The View, she broke our hearts,

“A lot of people said that I was, but I haven’t been officially asked,” she said. “On one hand I think it’d be funny, but on the other I don’t know — with the girls. If I’m seen roasting their dad, they won’t understand.”

I get why she’s not.  But man, that would have been a riot.  You know she’s got more ammo than anyone!

'The Real Girl Next Door'

I’m still not sure that I love the title since it really seems like a rip off, but I love Denise Richards, so it’s all good.  Her new book, The Girl Next Door is now available and for anyone with the slightest interest in her life or Charlie’s it’s a must read.

Here’s the low down:

Denise Richards is sharing her new love, Eloise Joni, the 5-week-old daughter she just adopted with the whole world.  Denise is already madly in love with her third daughter.

Will Denise Richards Roast Charlie Sheen?

 ”She’s brought so much joy, and I love her to pieces,” Richards, 40, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out Wednesday). “She is a cuddle bug. She loves being hugged and held. She’s such a beautiful little baby and little soul.”

She shared that the process wasn’t an easy one either,

 ”Some people think if a celebrity wants a baby, they get one the next day. The adoption took two years, and there were times I felt discouraged, times when I got close to adopting a baby and it fell through. But I knew the right baby would find us.”

I can’t even imagine that kind of strain and stress.  I am just so glad that it worked out for her and that she’s as strong of a woman as she is.  This speaks multitudes of the heart she has.

Denise Richards knows every little bit there is to know about the one and only insane, Charlie Sheen.  So, she is naturally a very wanted woman when it comes to his upcoming roast on Comedy Central in September.

Charlie Sheen Has A New Sitcom And Will Make MORE Money Than Ever!

“Producers are dying to get her confirmed for the Charlie Sheen roast,” a source close to the Comedy Central event (set to air September 19) tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). “It would be amazing television! She’s interested. Denise has a terrific sense of humor.”

I sooo hope she goes for it.  OMG.  I can only imagine the material she’s got.  But, I have a feeling she won’t.  She’s a new mom all over again.  She’s got her priorities in other places.

As we reported yesterday, Brooke Mueller is back in rehab after alleged reported erratic behaviour as of late. This prompted Charlie Sheen to spring into action and start the custody wheels in motion (in fact he’s wasting no time with his lawyers going to court this morning). Not only that, Charlie wants to take the kids on tour with him. That is NOT a winning idea.

I don’t know about you, but I find that a bit on the scary side. His love for his kids is undeniable, but with the tour and everything, perhaps the timing is a bit off for him to be looking after the kids?

Charlie Sheen Wants A Comeback

Enter Denise Richards.  TMZ is reporting that she called Charlie on Thursday offering to take informal custody of the twin boys he and Brooke share.  My heart goes out to these poor kids. I sincerely hope everyone puts their best interests first and make the right decision.

That sounds like the most sane option in this whole scenario. Considering how Charlie has publicly vilified Denise, I think it’s beyond classy and gracious that she’s willing to do this. What do you think? Should Charlie get the kids?

New York is buzzing with Fashion Week going on and lots of celebrities are making there way to the Big Apple to check out the shows.  I’m sure they must get freebies or major discounts too! Don’t they get swag bags as well? Such is the life.

The picture of Kelly Osbourne is from the other day that I meant to post.  Better late than never right? How could I resist? Kelly looks stunning in this dress. She’s killing me.

The lovely Beth Ostrosky Stern and Carol Alt were photographed outside the Lincoln Centre on Tuesday. Carol finished her shift at the airlines a little early.

A dark-haired Denise Richards (me likey) holds on to a cute adorable puppy.  She was joined by Lisa Rinna and Amy Smart as  they all lent their celebrity to the Best Friends Los Angeles Spring Super Adoption Festival at Westchester Park in Los Angeles where a lot of very cute dogs were on display.

Is it me or does there seem to be a lot more of these adoption type drives happening all around? Would you find it difficult to walk away from one of these events without a pup?
