Josh Brolin’s hotness factor is now off the charts. There is nothing hotter than a smoking hot man being faithful to his wife. Especially in the entertainment industry. He confirms this in the October issue of Playboy:

“I don’t f*** around on my wife,”  ”I mean, check her out, man. My relationship with my wife is fantastic.”

I agree with him.  Diane Lane is absolutely beautiful. He addresses those rumours of him caught kissing his costar of Grindhouse,  Marley Shelton:

“Marley is my wife’s and my great friend,” the actor explains of the pic. “I’m an extremely affectionate guy…Marley and I were out together, turned around and saw there were cameras. That’s it.”

“Next time I see that camera guy, I’m going to give some guy a good smack on the lips and then hopefully it will be ‘Josh Brolin is gay’ instead of that I’m f***ing around on my wife.”

He’s an extremely affectionate guy! My. panties. just. caught. on. fire.

Remember when he was arrested for spousal battery in 2004 just months after he and Diane wed? Apparently it was all a big misunderstanding:

“I feel rage about that,” Brolin admits of the surprising arrest. “I feel I’ve gotten to a point where I can’t explain it, defend it or compensate for it. I can’t say, ‘No, I’m actually a really good guy and that didn’t happen.’ Everybody knows what happened because it’s all out there.”

He continues about the fight: “I talked big, she said ‘F*** you’ and called the cops, and somebody had to go to jail. This will be there for the rest of my life. That f***ing sucks. It’s been so disruptive to our lives. It’s also post-O.J., and that horrifies us both. It kills me, man. It kills me.“

He also talks about step-mom Barbra Streisand (who is married to James Brolin of course who is so effing smoking hot in his own right) and that she isn’t the monster we all imagined her to be (I can’t be the only one right?):

“The fact that he got together with her and found this solace is such a coup and so wonderful,” he gushes of the pair, who wed in 1998. “The guy was so frigging unhappy and lonely. She’s always like, ‘Come over. We’ll have cake or cocktails or soup or ice cream.’ I love her and I love what they’ve created together. I say thank God for her.”

From this excerpt of the interview he sounds like a really great guy.  Truth be told I probably would have pegged him for a bit of a womanizer. He goes on my ever-growing list of men I find so hot I feel the urge to stalk them.

It was a who’s who of Hollywood that showed up to lend their name and support behind the Stand Up To Cancer charity event last night in Los Angeles.

The hour long show featured cameos by a ton of stars as well as performances by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart and many more.

Stars like Christina Applegate, and Sofia Vergara that have battled cancer wore yellow shirts, while stars like Rob Lowe who lost his mother to the disease in 2003, wore white.  He paid tribute to her on his shirt with ‘In Memory Of Mom’.

Fresh off of her ‘oopsie I dropped the engagement ring in the sand‘ moment Megan Fox premieres Jonah Hex last night in Los Angeles looking stunning in red.  The movie, which opens in theatres today:

The U.S. military makes a scarred bounty hunter with warrants on his own head an offer he cannot refuse: in exchange for his freedom, he must stop a terrorist who is ready to unleash Hell on Earth

Josh Brolin and John Malkovich also star in the film.  Josh attended with his wife Diane Lane who looked gorgeous!! His dad James Brolin and dad’s wife Barbra Streisand attended with him.

Woody Allen’s movie You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger (he wrote and directed it) premiered at the Cannes Film Festival with the photo call occurring earlier in the day (photos included of that as well).

The cast of the movie:  Naomi Watts, Josh Brolin, Lucy Punch and Gemma Jones also appeared with him and rumour has it that Gemma will garner an Oscar nomination for this role.

Also in the movie but not  at the premiere:  Antonio Banderas, Anthony Hopkins, Anna Friel (at least I don’t think she is there…I’m not 100% familiar with how she looks and there were lots of people at the premiere) and Freida Pinto.

Not in the film but at the premiere were Diane Lane, Michelle Yeoh, Evangeline Lily, Jean Claude Van Damme and Elsa Pataky who I thought looked incredible in her dress. I loved Diane Lane’s dress as well.

Old money meets Hollywood at the Barnstable Brown Gala prior to the 136th Annual Kentucky Derby.  I debated whether to put Bode Miller as the main picture or Marissa Miller, but Marissa won because as always she is just gorgeous.

Gerard Butler looks deliciously fine as he attends the Artists For Peace and Justice to benefit the Haiti Earthquake tragedy. It’s nice to see the man involved in such a worthwhile cause.

Several stars attended a brunch on the weekend for this same charity hosted by writer, director Paul Haggis including Penelope Cruz, Javiar Bardem and others.  Penelope and Javiar agreed to donate $50K a year until 2015 to help rebuild the country’s schools.  That brunch raised $4.5 Million.  Paul Haggis founded Artists For Peace and Justice.
