Dina Lohan has run out of children to exploit, so she has set her sights on this poor sweet innocent baby. The baby of a friend who lacks good judgment.

The two were having lunch at The Grove earlier today when the paps spotted Lindsay's mom. You have to admit, she actually looks good in these photos. The dress and shoes are a knock out. But I guess if I called the paps to let them know where I was, and then stand there to make a phone call like I had people who actually picked up the phone when I called, I would have dressed up real pretty-like too. 

Back in October we reported that she was shopping around a tell-all that would expose Lindsay in a big way, but no word on where that whole deal is. Perhaps she came to her sense? That isn't a typo. I meant it singular because I'm pretty sure she only has one.

With her 25 year-old daughter, Lindsay's career on the seemingly upswing, Dina has thrown herself together as she hides in the wings to bask in her daughter's limelight. She must be beside herself in anticipation for the press tour of Lifetime's Liz & Dick in which her eldest stars. But just in case, babies are her back-up plan.

Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan is apparently shopping around a tell-all that will basically throw Lindsay under the bus exposing her alcohol and drug use. What I find interesting about that is that Dina is the one always telling everyone that her daughter is okay. So for her to turn around, write a book and shop it around is purely evil on her part. 

TMZ obtained a copy of the prologue that was being shopped around 2 weeks ago:

"I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively.  Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay's way of daily living–and it tore me up inside."

Yes we can see it tore Dina up so much she had to write about it all the while denying her daughter has a problem. Dina and her rep are shopping the book around looking for a taker that can turn it into a best-seller.

I used to think Michael Lohan was a douche and that Dina was just in denial with her head in the sand, but clearly she's as big an evil douche as he is. And we wonder why Lindsay is so messed up? I know she's an adult now, but she had THEM steering her for her childhood. She can't even depend on her parents to have her back. How messed up is that?

I was under the impression that Lindsay Lohan was bound by the law to California.  Her woes in the court are far from over and that’s why I was a bit shocked to see her at LAX last night on her way to New York City with her mom, Dina Lohan.

I of course don’t think it’s necessary for her to be bound to Cali, but I thought that was a firm order by the judge?  Perhaps I missed the boat on a new development.  I don’t think she’s going to do anything stupid right now, so she obviously got the go ahead.

It’s probably going to be therapeutic for her to get out of Los Angeles and to go “home” for a bit.

Lindsay Lohan wasn’t allowed to leave California for Thanksgiving even though she really wanted to fly out to New York to see her mom and siblings.  So, she was really hoping that she would get the okay for a Christmas visit out there.  Surprisingly, Betty Ford was okay with it, but the L.A. County Probation Department said no way.

So what’s a girl stuck in rehab supposed to do?  Count on your family to do the right thing, and believe it or not, Dina Lohan is coming through.  She’s flying out with the kids, Ali, Michael, and Cody to spend a couple of days with Lindsay in California for Christmas.  Nice!

And in case you were wondering, Michael Lohan has been banned from the “festivities.”

Lindsay Lohan really gets to drive again.  After receiving her drivers license, she quickly lost the ability to drive because of the stalker paparazzi and the protective Betty Ford clinic.

Well, Lilo’s parents Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan both made calls to Betty Ford and they have decided that Lindsay can have a shot at the open road again.  But, it’s not an open ended ticket.  She has to get permission each time she wants to leave the facility.

So it’s really good news for Lindsay.  I know that she’s not just being forced to be there, she wants to get better and she knows that Betty Ford is the answer.   BUT, that being said, it’s gotta be tough dealing with that sort of living situation for that long.  Really no privacy and obviously no freedom.  I’d go crazy.

But kudos to Lindsay for sticking to it and a big congrats on getting her wheels back.

Lindsay Lohan has been given the thumbs up by Betty Ford and her probation officer to hit the road again.  Her privileges had been revoked thanks to all of her “criminal activities.”

This is a great sign of Lindsay’s progress at Betty Ford.  She’s kept her head in the “game” and it’s obviously paying off.  Perhaps her first drive will be to the supermarket to pick up food for her Thanksgiving meal with her father, Michael Lohan.

Speaking of that, there is still no sign of Dina Lohan folding and actually participating in the holiday with her daughter and ex-husband.  I just hope Lindsay gets to spend her Christmas in NYC with her mom and siblings.

Lindsay Lohan really wanted to spend her Thanksgiving holiday with her mom and siblings in New York City.  But the judge won’t let her leave the state of California, so that means she’s stuck eating turkey in rehab at Betty Ford or at her dad’s place.

Dina Lohan has a production company called Defiant Pictures.  Okay, when did that happen?  What did I miss here?  So guess who’s getting the lead role in an upcoming film entitled, ‘Growing Defiant‘?  Michael Lohan Jr. of course!  OMG.  Nice title.  I bet that took all of three seconds to conjure up.
