Yesterday was press day for the 36th annual Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race that will take place April 14 through the streets of Long Beach, California. The charity event is held every year in conjunction with the prestigious Toyota Long Beach Grand Prix, (an internationally known race that since 2008 has featured IndyCars). Drivers in past Pro/Celebrity races have included Patrick Dempsey, Keanu Reeves, Christian Slater and Adrien Brody (who returns this year. Race Day also happens to be his 39th birthday. Brody and Reeves just competed in the Kings of the Street race in Las Vegas last month. I know I digress. I like racing. We've talked about this.). Well known names from film, television, music and sports all receive on-the-track training to prepare for the race and will then get behind the wheels of identically prepared, race-ready Toyota Scion tCs to drive the historic 10-lap, 1.97-mile street circuit to benefit Miller Children's Hospital in Long Beach and Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Toyota annually donates $5,000 to Racing for Kids on behalf of each participant and another $5,000 to the winning racer's charity of choice. Racing for Kids–a national nonprofit program benefiting children's hospitals throughout the country–was created as a way to connect these children with their favorite celebrities and race-car drivers. Toyota has donated more than $2 million to the Racing for Kids organization since 1991, on behalf of the race and its participants. (This report was prepared from the official press release. Forgive me but, $2mil since 1991? That’s it?!  C’mon Toyota, that’s chump change!)

LeAnn Rimes, whose husband Eddie Cibrian (who may be a douche-canoe but he's a gorgeous douche-canoe) happens to be driving in the race, will open the ceremonies on April 14 by singing the national anthem. Some of the other drivers participating in the race–which is the world's longest-running and most prestigious celebrity racing event–include actors Brody, Kim Coates (Sons of Anarchy), Hill Harper and William Fichtner (last year’s winner), former UFC champion Cain Velasquez,  Mexican superstar Kate del Castillo, Jillian Barberie Reynolds, Adam Corolla, Bill Rancic and Rutledge Wood, the host of Top Gear USA.

In addition to Toyota's contributions, a $15,000 donation will be made in conjunction with the 15th-annual "People Pole Award." Sponsored by People magazine, the award honors the pole-position winner of the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race qualifying session on Friday, April 13.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (and former wife to Eddie Cibrian who left her for LeAnn Rimes) Brandi Glanville is married again! She did it up real classy-like with a tweet (and the picture above) that said: "I'm married again- suuuuuuck it!"

Then off to the strip joint Brandi and her new husband Darin Harvey went because a wedding is not complete until you hit the strip joint, yes? Unlike the psycho biatch we see on RHOBH, Brandi is most appreciative of strippers joining her on her honeymoon: "Honeymoons with strippers are the best!"

But this marriage won't last seeing as both were drunk when they got married and Darin tweeted: "I had a crazy Vegas moment," "Getting annulled tomorrow."

Easy come, easy go I guess.

Eddie Cibrian wash rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after he was involved in an accident on the set of his (now canceled) television series Playboy Club in Chicago. His accident occurred the same day the show's cancelation was announced after two weeks of running.

He caught his right heel under a 200 pound steel door that resulted in a deep gash (and probably great pain). He was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital immediately. 

Is this a ploy to get workmen's comp before the show is canceled? Does that work in Hollywood? Just asking. 

We hope he gets better real soon.

With all the hysteria in Toronto for TIFF I almost forgot there is also another very special event going on on the East coast and it’s New York’s Fashion Week!

New York is a who’s who of starlets attending fashion shows (and probably getting lots of free swag) and getting all glammed up. Lucky for me Walmart doesn’t partake in Fashion Week or I would be totally screwed.

Husband and wife Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes attended and she wore a very appropriate outfit to cover up the fact she needs a burger, stat.

Other stars in attendance: Rachel Zoe, Julianne Hough (who is a gorgeous lady in red), Kelly Osbourne, Whitney Port, Samantha Ronson, Mandy Moore and Rose McGowan.

Brandi Glanville Lavo Two Year Anniversary at The Palazzo Resort Casino

Yesterday we reported that their was a rumour circulating that Eddie Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville was going to be on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! Well now TMZ is confirming it’s the truth y’all!

Do you watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? I just started and I have to say I am so hooked it’s like my crack. I especially love Adrienne Maloof, and Lisa Vanderpump. LOVE them. They may be filthy rich but they are so down-to-earth and Lisa is a scream.

Apparently Brandi has already started filming scenes for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I swear if LeAnn Rimes joins the show I shall poop my panties. Omg this show is going to get even better. You KNOW what she’s going to be talking about.

Although Brandi’s camp or Bravo have not confirmed this, I trust TMZ’s sources. So in that sense it’s confirmed biotches.

Brandi Glanville Lavo Two Year Anniversary at The Palazzo Resort Casino

Brandi Glanville might have lost her “battle” with LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, but she’s about to have a little spotlight time herself.  Us Weekly is reporting that she’s getting ready to sign on with Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!

If she goes through with it, it looks like they are going to focus the story mainly on the drama of Eddie and LeAnn’s wedding… along with the overall hell it’s put her and the kids through.  Apparently the kids were blindsided with the wedding.

“They didn’t know about the wedding at all,” the tailor who fitted the boys’ tuxedos tells Us. “When the older one asked, ‘Why am I putting this on, Daddy?’ his father didn’t answer.”

The boys were only told about the wedding happening three days before it happened.

At the ceremony, “they were so confused,” adds a second source, who adds that the newlyweds were “too busy partying” to tend to the boys.

That’s just messed up… if it’s the truth.

The thing that makes me laugh is that these “housewives” are a lot of the time, single.  Don’t you have to be married to be called a wife?

Rumours surfaced this week that LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were getting married this weekend and those rumours were actually accurate. LeAnn’s spokesman Rhett Usry confirmed the news to People:

“LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today surrounded by their closest family and friends “They thank everyone for their well wishes.”

LeAnn, 28,  exchanged vows with Eddie, 37, in a Reem Acra gown in front of 40 close family and friends. Eddie’s two children from his marriage to Brandi Glanville, Mason, 7, and Jake, 4, were at the wedding.

The couple tricked their friends into believing it was an engagement party and surprised them with a wedding. My husband I did the same thing (although no families were broken up in the process..hehehe).

Seriously if being together makes them happy so be it. People get down on these two, but conveniently don’t about Brangelina or Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. Which makes no sense. Sure they hurt people and that is beyond wrong, but they’ve owned up to their mistakes as opposed to denying it. As well if they weren’t in love with the people they were with before they met, those people deserved better.

It’s time for everyone to move on and let them have their life.

Yeah, at first glance, it’s makes you say, HUH?  No, not happening.  Eddie Cibrian isn’t posing in the magazine Playboy.  He’s going to be starring in a new NBC show, Playboy.

Eddie is actually replacing the first choice for the role, Jeff Hephner.  Shooting begins on Tuesday in Chicago.

The set will be at a Playboy Club in the midwestern city in 1963. Eddie will be playing, Nick Dalton, a lawyer and pretty much a total playboy.

LeAnn Rimes Going Overboard For Second Wedding

Hmmm, I wonder what sort of naughty scenes Eddie will be tangled up in.  Will LeAnn Rimes suffer from a monster case of jealousy while he’s filming?  After all, they cheated on their spouses to be together.  I think trust could be a real issue.
