LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian meet up to do lunch in Santa Monica yesterday.  It’s just been announced that LeAnn along with  ZZ Top will perform at the 2010 Oc Fair in Costa Mesa in August where LeAnn will be performing on August 12 and ZZ Top performing August 15.  Tickets for the event go on sale tomorrow either through Ticketmaster or at the events box office.
