Estella Warren Catches Major Break In Felony Arrest

On May 23, 2011 Estella Warren 40, was arrested for hit and run, DUI, assault (she assaulted a police officer) and felony escape after she had been handcuffed.

Well it looks like Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only one to catch a major break. Estella Warren has caught a major break in the felony arrest of escape because of a technicality. Apparently when her skinny wrists slipped out of handcuffs and she tried to flee the police station, she hadn’t yet been booked into their system. So therefore, no felony charge against her.

Model Estella Warren Arrested For Hit and Run, DUI, Assault and Escape!

The Canadian actress and model is still going to be facing charges for ramming other vehicles with her Prius, assaulting a police officer, and the DUI.

Don’t get your hopes up about seeing her mugshot. It’s not going to be released. Which is a drag because she was really hammered and I wanted to see what she looked like (not that driving under the influence is funny because it’s anything but).

Move over Naomi Campbell because you’ve been replaced. Model Estella Warren was arrested last night after hitting 3 parked cars in the Toyota Prius she was driving. Warren was pulled over and arrested her for being under the influence.

That, however, wasn’t in her plans for the evening so she assaulted the arresting officer by kicking him. Oh, but it gets better.

She was placed in handcuffs and taken to the police station where she got out of the handcuffs and RAN! Drinking and driving is not funny by any means but for a model to get out of her handcuffs and take off from a police station is a visual that is cracking me up.

Obviously she was captured but not without being charged with felony escape, assault, hit and run and DUI. The arresting officer said she was really hammered. Warren is a pretty talented escape artist if she could do that while being ‘really hammered’. This talent will serve her well in jail.

I can not wait for her mug shot. And you can be rest-assured I’ll be publishing that baby. I bet her hair is a mess in it!
