Melrose Place star Heather Locklear 50, was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday from an apparent dangerous drug and alcohol combination. She was rushed to Los Robles hospital after her sister made an emergency 911 call.

The night before Heather was in good form cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers. However, recently she ended her engagement to Jack Wagner and I have to say since her split from Richie Sambora she has not been the same. Her life seems to have spiraled out of control. Back in September 2008 she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.  Then back in April 2010 she was arrested for an alleged hit and run. And now this. It's very sad, isn't it?

In August of 2011 her engagement to Jack Wagner was announced and then very shortly thereafter the engagement was off.

No more rockstar bad boys for Heather Locklear! Gorgeous Heather Locklear (who will turn 50 in September) has confirmed her engagement to Jack Wagner 51, via her rep according to People Magazine. The two stepped out recently where Heather was rocking a boulder of a ring that Jack gave her.

The two have been together since early 2007. This will be Heather’s third marriage. She was married to Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993 and Richie Sambora from 1994 to 2006. She and Richie have a 13 year old daughter Ava Elizabeth.

Congratulations to the gorgeous couple. I look forward to receiving my invite in the mail. A girl can dream, right?

It was a who’s who of Hollywood and their kids last night at Justin Bieber’s Los Angeles premiere of Never Say Never. His girlfriend Selena Gomez attended as did his mother but those two were a given, no?

And although they are not ‘official’ in their relationship he did say to People about her:

“It’s great.” He then added: “She’s a great person. And as long as you keep yourself surrounded by good people, you’ll go far.”

Ava Sambora made her modeling debut last night at the WTB Launch during Los Angeles’ fashion week.

WTB stands for White Trash Beautiful and is a collection her father Richie Sambora collaborated with fashion designer and musician Nikki Lund on.  Proud mom Heather Locklear was on hand (of course like she’s going to miss that) showering her daughter backstage with kisses and hugs.

Celebrities like Christina Milian, Jodi Sweetin, Natasha Henstridge, Courtenay Semel and Charlotte Ross attended.  I’ve included some pictures of the collection itself.

Heather Locklear was arrested for a hit and run that occurred on the weekend involving her vehicle and a parking sign. TMZ is reporting that around 4 AM, someone heard a crash near North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village but didn’t report it until until closer to 8 p.m. that night.

Upon investigation officers found a knocked over ‘no parking’ sign (d’ohhhh) and obvious signs that a car had ended up on the curb.  The club is close to Heather’s house.  The officers were able to determine it was Heather’s BMW that was involved and confirmed this upon inspection of the car at her home.

She was cited and released at the time because it is a misdemeanor and doesn’t require her to be taken into custody.

Heather was arrested in 2008 for driving under the influence of prescription drugs.  It seems that since her split with Richie Sambora things aren’t going so well for her (she didn’t have these issues before the split).  That, or she’s a really horrible driver.
