Jaime Pressly’s life just got a little more depressing.  She’s got a DUI, huge tax problems, and now her 15-month marriage has ended in divorce.

She filed court documents in Los Angeles on January to divorce Simran Singh, citing irreconcilable differences.  So what brought on this early divorce?

One source told Us,

“I think it comes down to she married this guy too fast,.  He seemed like a good guy but he is super full of himself and puts her down for everything. He picks fights with her for any little thing.”

What a jerk!  That’s really sad.  I hope that Jaime is able to get her life back in line soon.  She too cute for all this drama.

Jaime Pressly’s life seems to be careening down the crapper at break-neck speeds as of late. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t get off on the misfortunes of others. I feel bad for her. Except the DUI. That’s a different story.

She blew nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol on her DUI. She owes the IRS a lot of money, about $600,000 and now rumour is she is getting divorced from her husband Simran Singh with whom she’s been married since September 26, 2009.

Prior to him she was engaged to Eric Calvo and had a baby with him, Dezi James Calvo, who will be 3 on May 11.

You never know what is somebody’s rock bottom or what causes them to do the things they do, but the DUI thing, especially when she has a child is just too much.

I can understand wanting to drown your sorrows if you get a $600,000 bill from the government (although I’m pretty sure at some point in your life you realized you hadn’t paid taxes in a while), and your marriage breaks up, but to get behind the wheel of a car? No way.

My Name Is Earl’s Jaime Pressly was arrested last night under suspicion of DUI TMZ is reporting.

She was driving in Santa Monica when a police officer noticed she made a traffic violation and pulled her over. She was given a field sobriety test and then taken to the Santa Monica Jail. This all went down at around 11 p.m.

The 33 year old actress and entrepreneur was married in September of 2009 and had a baby in May of 2007 with former partner Eric Cubiche.

My Name Is Earl star, Jaime Pressly has confirmed she has split from fiance, Eric Cubiche.  The two have a son together, Dezi James, 1-1/2.  Jaime told Access Hollywood:

“We are taking a break from our relationship but we are together everyday with Dezi and still love each other very much,” Jaime said to Nancy.

“As you know we have been friends for over 10yrs and will remain close friends as we both adore our son and want to make sure he knows we both love him more than life,”

The couple who were engaged in October 2006 had known each other for nine years before dating.  The couple have been together for about 3-1/2 years.

That’s too bad, but it’s life I guess.  Her character is crazy on Earl, isn’t it?  Do you watch?
