Beyonce and Jay Z were at Nobu restaurant in New York City last night on a date night and is it my imagination or has Bey already regained her pre-pregnancy body? Is this going to fan the flames of the 'she had a surrogate' controversy? Possibly, but considering people have seen her breast-feed in public we should just chalk this up to great genes and a great trainer. She looks gorgeous and do you see the rock on her finger? 

Actually they attended The First Lady Michelle Obama's fundraising dinner so their date night included a lot of other people and a huge security detail.

While we reported that Mr.Carter is working on a huge deal to get momma Carter back on tour, some performance dates have already been confirmed, although it's not part of a big tour per se.

Beyonce may have just given birth to her and Jay Z's little Angel Blue Ivy, but papa Carter wants Bey back in the spotlight and has approached Live Nation with a $150 Million tour deal! A source told the NYP:

“Just weeks after the birth of Blue Ivy, Jay met with Live Nation to discuss a tour for Beyoncé. He wanted a deal worth about $150million, but they countered with a lower offer.”

What Jay Z wants, Jay Z gets especially for the mother of his child.  Regardless of the paycheque if Beyonce tours it is guaranteed to be sold out in record time.

NYP is also reporting that Live Nation issued a 'no comment' on this story and no one from the Carter camp returned their request for comment.

Shakira will be joining the same record management as Rihanna. She has signed with Roc Nation which is owned by Blue Ivy's father Jay Z. He started the label in 2008 after joining forces with Live Nation. They also manage the careers of Mark Ronson, Willow Smith, The Ting Tings and more. They have signed artists, managed artists, songwriters, producers, and engineers.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are so over-the-moon with their little bundle of joy Blue Ivy Carter that they have decided to share her picture with the world. My goodness does that little Angel have a ton of hair. Who do you think she looks like? I would say maybe the surrogate but we don't know what she looks like. Ha! Seriously, I think she looks like Jay-Z in the eyes. They have a website with photos of their daughter and a note that simply says:

"We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. The Carter Family."

So beautiful and classy just like the Carters. 

Beyonce made her first public appearance last night exactly one month after Blue Ivy Carter's birth to support husband Jay-Z's United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation benefit concerts.

She sure has bounced back to her pre-pregnancy body very quickly, hasn't she? Some might argue all that involved was the removal of a pillow or good genes. 

Before singing Glory, the song he wrote when their daughter was born, he told the audience to 'Put a hand in the air for Blue,' After he performed the song he said: "I didn't think I was going to make it through that one," he said, sounding emotional. "That was tough."

Jay-Z was also joined by a 30 piece orchestra and his friend Alicia Keys.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have trademarked their daughter Blue Ivy Carter's name so that you can't. The application was filed by Beyonce's company BGK Trademark Holdings. Not only that but the name has been reserved to produce a line of baby carriages, diaper bags, baby cosmetics and other items for the baby in your life.

But the most interesting part of all of it is they submitted the trademark on January 26 and fashion designer Joseph Mbeh filed a trademark application on January 11 and he was DENIED. Denied before the parents of Blue Ivy even filed theirs leading some to speculate that the Carters received preferential treatment in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He alleges he wasn't out  to profit off of their baby but wanted to pitch the idea to Beyonce and Jay-Z. Allegedly.

However their is the exception to the Blue Ivy trademark rule and that is a lady who trademarked the name Blue Ivy in January of 2011 (long before Beyonce was pregnant with her daughter) and operates a boutique in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. If she is approached to sell the name to the Carters it would probably be akin to win the freaking lottery!

New mom Beyonce is reportedly going to be making her first public appearance since giving birth to her and Jay-Z's baby Blue Ivy Carter. As we reported yesterday Jay-Z's New York club 40/40 is having it's grand re-opening tomorrow after having a major renovation and Bey is supposed to be on hand for the festivities.

Reports are stating that the opening is tonight and therefore her appearance is tonight, but the club's website states the grand re-opening is tomorrow night. Unless today is really Thursday which makes me super happy because we are that much closer to the weekend, but I'm pretty sure it's only Hump Day. I always know when it's Hump Day.

Either way it's going to be insane if Beyonce does make the grand reopening which will only be eclipsed when we see the first photos of Blue Ivy.

Jay-Z is a partner (along with Juan Perez) in the 40/40 Club and has put his signature fabulosity on the project as only Jay-Z can and these makeover pictures are the result. This Thursday, January 17 the grand re-opening of the New York club will take place. According to WENN:
