Jennifer Aniston Thought Justin Theroux Looked Like a Serial Killer

Jennifer Aniston Thought Justin Theroux Looked Like a Serial Killer

I totally get that. Jennifer Aniston is currently starring in Wanderlust, the film that she and Justin Theroux allegedly fell in love, but she had met him five years prior on the set of Tropic Thunder and it definitely wasn't love at first sight:

"I met Justin about five years ago and I thought he was very sweet and he was always very nice," "But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first you think he could be like a serial killer, but he is actually the nicest person in the world."

Sometimes first impressions are the correct impressions, non? Not calling him a serial killer or anything , but I hope being the 'nicest person in the world' doesn't translate to her body parts washing up on shore in little baggies. She didn't even recognize him at the screen test (which means she wouldn't at the police line up should she survive serial killer's carnage):

"That's what's so great about him," Aniston raves of Theroux. "He can do different looks and he just disappears."

Oh girl. 'Disappearing' is great In serial-killerville, but maybe you should sleep with one eye open, Jennifer? Just saying.

Finally! A Jennifer Aniston We Have Never Seen Before!

Paul Rudd Would Definitely Hurt a Fly in New Clip for Wanderlust

Most of Jennifer Aniston’s comedies suffer from trying to fit a square R-rated peg into a round PG-13 rated hole.  By that I mean, they start with a concept that includes adult themes including sexuality and then water it down to make it more palatable to a wider audience. (Do teens really lack for movie choices or do parents just need to dump their kids at the theaters?) I understand the underlying idea: lower rating equals bigger, more inclusive market mean s more butts in seats. But if the movie suffers by the dilution, doesn’t that subtract more butts than it provides? It’s a mystery. (Nothing could make that Adam Sandler mess watchable but The Bounty Hunter would have been vastly improved if Aniston and Butler were able to play on their natural chemistry instead of against it.)

There’s a new red-band trailer for David Wain’s Wanderlust starring Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd. Wain wrote Wet Hot American Summer and Role Models so he’s no stranger to raunchy comedy. With this new trailer, we get a better idea of the raunch level present in Wanderlust. It is considerable, but the cast lends it a patina of…dare I say, class?

Wanderlust Redband Trailer – Watch More Funny Videos

The clips and trailers to this point have all kind of been “meh”. Not necessarily bad, but it’s difficult to really showcase the product when that product is rated R and you have to make it palatable to a PG (at best) audience. Now at least we know what we’re getting.  I like Jen and I’ve been on board with Paul Rudd since Clueless. The premise may be pretty high concept, but I’m willing to bet we’ll be brought around to some sort of universal message by the time it’s all over.  The getting there could be fun.

Wanderlust also stars Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Alan Alda, Kerry Kenney-Silver and Kathyrn Hahn and opens February 24 in the US, 2nd March in the UK.

Paul Rudd Would Definitely Hurt a Fly in New Clip for Wanderlust

Paul Rudd Would Definitely Hurt a Fly in New Clip for Wanderlust

Here’s a new poster for ‘fish-out-of-water-with a twist’ comedy, Wanderlust with Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston, from director David Wain (Role Models) and producer Judd Apatow, about a couple who leaves the pressures of the big city and joins a freewheeling community where the only rule is to be yourself.

George (Rudd) and Linda (Aniston) are an overextended, stressed out Manhattan couple.  After George is downsized out of his job, they find themselves with only one option: to move in with George’s awful brother in Atlanta.

On the way there, George and Linda stumble upon Elysium, an idyllic community populated by colorful characters who embrace a different way of looking at things.   Money?  It can’t buy happiness.  Careers?  Who needs them?  Clothes?  Only if you want them.

Is Elysium the fresh start George and Linda need?  Or will the change of perspective cause more problems than it solves?

I think the new poster encapsulates all of that. Just a couple of days ago we brought you a new tv spot, called "Coming to Town" and it’s not a bad thirty second overview of the film. Continuing in that vein we have a new clip via HeyUGuys, "George Upsets the Community", wherein Paul Rudd’s George demonstrates just how out of his element he really is, while Aniston’s Linda sits by in mute confusion. Kathryn Hahn is her typical wacky and wonderful self.

Wanderlust also stars Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Lauren Ambrose, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Alan Alda. Following an LA Premiere next Thursday February 16, Wanderlust opens in the US on February 24.

Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd Get Naughty For GQ

Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd Get Naughty For GQ

Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd ham it up for GQ Magazine's March 2012 issue and on the inside pages have a pillow fight, she knees him (lovingly) in the man berries and she pulls him by his tie like he's a dog (it doesn't help that he's on his knees panting like one).

My favorite tagline in this spread is where she says they've kissed for years and he claims they've made out for decades. It's a fun, flirty spread that was done by famed photographer Terry Richardson and is in conjunction with the promotion of their movie 'Wanderlust'. That's the movie set she met current love Justin Theroux on.

TV Spot for Jennifer Aniston & Paul Rudd in Wanderlust!

New Posters for For Ellen, Wrong, On the Ice, Wanderlust and Battleship!

We have a new tv spot for Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston star in Wanderlust, a comedy from director David Wain (Role Models) and producer Judd Apatow about a couple who leaves the pressures of the big city and joins a freewheeling community where the only rule is to be yourself.

The spot is called "Coming to Town". It's probably not a bad thirty second overview of the film, although nothing we didn't see in the trailer. I'm encouraged by the fact that this is an R-rated comedy and isn't trying to pretend to be suitable for kids. (I have to say, Jen must be much less shallow than she's given credit for if she was able to look at Justin Theroux as he appears in this movie and think 'oh yeah, I want some a' that.')

Wanderlust also stars Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Kathryn Hahn, Lauren Ambrose, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Alan Alda. Following an LA Premiere next Thursday February 16, Wanderlust opens in the US on February 24.

Jennifer Aniston Calls Chelsea Handler An Untalented Ho

Jennifer Aniston Calls Chelsea Handler An Untalented Ho

How perfect is the timing of this video considering Joan Rivers has Chelsea Handler on blast in the media for being untalented and claiming she slept her way to the top?

In this video clip, Jennifer Aniston sits with Chelsea's staff in After Lately and talks smack about the comedian saying that she's surprised she even still has a show. She also reveals Chelsea has a hygiene problem.

This episode will debut this Sunday at 11 p.m. EST on the E! Network.
