In case you missed the season finale of Dancing With The Stars (you’re a loser!), before she went on to dance, Jennifer Grey told Tom Bergeron that she ruptured a disc in her back the night before when she was dancing.  The doctors didn’t think she should compete, but she went for it anyhow and it obviously paid off!

Well, now Jennifer has to get surgery to repair the disc in her back.

“It’s just going to be like a little surgery where they take out the ruptured disc thing, and you know, it won’t be a big deal,” she says. “Compared to the other surgeries I had on my neck, my doctor says it won’t be a big deal. I’ll be home that night.  I got to tell you, the win and the experience of doing – more the experience of doing Dancing with the Stars – already, like I don’t even remember the pain I was in a week ago,” she says. “I just have some discomfort in [my] back that needs to be taken care of … Okay, it’s a little more than discomfort.”

Jennifer had surgery last year thanks to the chronic pain she was suffering from due to a 1987 car accident.  It was during that procedure that she discovered her thyroid cancer. Can you believe that she has been through all of that and went out there and won DWTS? And she looks amazing.  What a strong woman.  I have so much respect for her.

Jennifer will be having her surgery in the next week or so. Our thoughts are with you for a speedy recovery!

Dancing With The Stars champ Jennifer Grey and her runner up, Kyle Massey teamed up with Disney to launch a new video game ‘Epic Mickey” in Times Square, New York City.  Kyle looks great!  He really lost some weight during the show!  And Jennifer looks amazing as always, she never looks her age.  Such a complete doll!

I am not exactly a gamer, you know I’d rather gossip!  Anyhow, when I saw the trailer for Epic Mickey, I thought it looked crazy good, like I have to try it out.

Here’s the description:

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas were seen together this morning for their segment on Good Morning America where all of the Dancing With The Stars finalists appeared.

I still think that these two make an adorable couple and I wish that they’d make it official already!

Dancing With The Stars Season 11 Winner Is…….

Last night’s finale was fantastic.  I was on pins and needles, wondering how it would end. Everything ended nicely though. Jennifer Grey deserved the victory and I am glad that the votes came through for her.

Bristol handled herself really well the entire night.  With all of the death threats and crazy security she had, I was impressed thst she wasn’t totally distracted!  I loved her final dance!  She was having so much fun.  Too bad we didn’t see that side of her till it was literally too late.

All of the finalists did great and deserved to be there.  Good season!  Can’t wait for the next!

Dancing With The Stars is coming to an end tonight.  I think this is going to be one finale for the record books.  Perhaps some crazy riots if Bristol Palin wins?

DWTS’ Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas Receiving Death Threats

Tony Dovolani who danced with Audrina Patridge this season won’t be one of the rioters if there are any.  He’s publicly been supporting Bristol,

“I tell her to hold her head up high. She is not the one voting for herself, everybody else is!” Tony told In Touch.  “The audience decided that she should go to the finals, so they’ve got nothing to complain about.  Everybody loves to bash her, so she has to deal with that much hatred,” Tony explained. “I think she handles herself really well!”

I agree completely.  Is Bristol the best dancer?  No.  But she has come a long way and hasn’t given into the death threats and all of the hate she’s been getting for weeks.  You have to give the girl some credit for staying in it to win it.  Will she? I don’t know! Jennifer Grey is the obvious one to take the title.  But you never know what America has decided.

Now that Russell Brand has gone and shattered my ice-cold heart by marrying Katy Perry, it’s time to seek comfort in some man candy who happens to go by the name of Derek Hough.

Derek and his amazing partner Jennifer Grey are seen coming back to the studios from a break, or lunch or something.  I really look forward to their dances every week because I think they work so well together and their dances are most awesome.

DWTS – Mark Ballas Loves Jeanine Mason OR Bristol Palin?

Also seen outside the rehearsal studios were Brandy, Rick Fox and Bristol Palin.  I thought it was strange last week that the judges though Bristol did a great job in her Gorilla outfit because I thought it was her worst dance yet.  Meanwhile I thought Jennifer and Derek were amazing and I don’t think they were completely happy with theirs.
