The cast of Jersey Shore seems to be running into their fair share of troubles lately. Is that a sign of success or arrogance? Snooki's had to give up her partying ways because she is pregnant, The Situation has spent time in rehab because of an addiction to pain pills and now it's Pauly D's turn.

A lawsuit was filed today alleging he is refusing to fork over commissions he earned on the hit MTV show for the last two years to his former talent agency ICM. In those two years the DJ has earned $4 million with $370,000 in commissions being owed by him. 

THR is also reporting that that amount will most likely go up because they helped seal the day for the next season in addition to the last two. In 2010 ICM secured a deal that saw Pauly D's salary increase. Despite him firing the firm on May 5, 2011 they maintain that:

 "standard custom and practice in the entertainment industry that talent agencies are entitled to post-termination commissions on all deals they negotiate for their client."

Pauly D's lawyer sent a letter to THR:

"We are surprised by ICM’s contention that it is due commissions after ICM was terminated in favor of William Morris Endeavor. ICM was paid for its services. It is even more disappointing that an agency like ICM would choose to take advantage of its former relationship with a client and disclose his confidential business affairs to the public in disregard of any duties it owes as a talent agency."

Of all the cast of Jersey Shore, Pauly D's career seems to be continuing and not slowing down.

Oh the horror! MTV may cancel Jersey Shore and the reason could be because of Snooki's recently announced pregnancy. The very popular show is in its 5th season and there is nothing in place securing the future of season 6 because MTV doesn't know how to proceed in light of the pregnancy news. It seems Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) is the main reason the show is watched. Matthew Whitfield, Yahoo! Entertainment's features editor explains:

Snooki’s pregnancy will likely spell the end for 'Jersey Shore.' The smash hit is built on getting smashed and the cast’s drunken shenanigans – falling, fighting, and flashing one’s nether regions – that result from binge drinking. Snooki. ‘Jersey Shore’ sans an intoxicated Snooki isn’t worth watching," "The show could survive without The Situation or Vinny, but it’s doomed without her wild antics.” 

Newsday television writer Verne Gay echoes those sentiments:

“It is a cast and casts gel and no one knows why they work and there is no science to it. I can’t see the show without her is all I have to say. She is so important and so crucial,” said Newsday television writer Verne Gay. “You can't be a drunk pregnant woman on a television show. It would be catastrophic on so many levels. They may find some way to go forward, but fans won’t like it.”

She is currently filming a spin-off of Jersey Shore with fellow star JWOWW and there are no plans to scrap that show because it will focus on her new life.

Who would have thought that little pickle loving girl would have all that power? Good for her! Not so good for The Situation and the others.

Holy sucking pickles, Batman. Jersey Shore's Snooki is looking AMAZING! She and her boyfriend (I really don't know I'm assuming) decorated their first Christmas tree and shared a picture with her Twitter fans.

The reality girl is looking tanned, fit and gorgeous. She's struggled with her weight in the past and even had a bout with Anorexia Nervosa, so I'm hoping that she's done this in a very healthy way (it totally looks like she has). She's also struggled with partying it up way too much and indulging in carbs which are killers in the weight department.

Whatever this girl is doing it's working!

Jersey Shore’s Snooki has always dreamed of being a newscaster (who knew) and she got her chance in this very funny video from Cambio.

One nugget of wisdom that she shared with us  regarding Beyonce’s recent confirmation of her pregnancy:

“I really think [Beyonce's] going to have a really cute baby — tan obviously,”

It’s difficult to choose which is my favorite moment: the belches, pickles or hairspray. Watch and enjoy and remember the world may very well be ending.

In all seriousness, I’ve never watched one episode of Jersey Shore (nor do I ever intend to) but I kind of like Snooki. She doesn’t care what people think (yet she faces so much criticism) she can clearly laugh at herself and she actually seems like a really sweet girl. And very blissful. I’m still never going to watch an episode.

Jersey Shore star, DJ Pauly D is hitting the road with Britney Spears on some of her Femme Fatale tour stops:

DJ Pauly D Palms Casino Resort hosts The Official Retirement Party

Jersey Shore’s DJ Pauly D is currently facing a copyright infringement lawsuit priced at $4 million.  Ouch!  There’s this  Connecticut DJ whose stage name is ‘DJ Paulie’ and well, you get the picture.  This guys says he has been building his name in the biz for 40 years and DJ Pauly D has ruined him.  Geez dude, that’s kinda sad don’t you think?  You are an “older” DJ, whose been in the biz long enough you can’t hold your own?  And um, I am sorry, but I’ve never heard of you!

‘The Situation’ Has Let Himself Go (PHOTOS)

“[Lis] formally trademarked the name ‘DJ Paulie’ and then came the ‘Jersey Shore’ which basically wiped him off the face of the map,” attorney Jose M. Rojas said.

“The reality television show [follows] a group of young adults pursuing a debauched lifestyle suggestive of loose morals, violence, intoxication and liberal profanity — the exact opposite of the reputation the Plaintiff, ‘DJ Paulie’ that[sic] he had spent decades cultivating,” the lawsuit alleges.  Lis said that thanks to all the information about the reality star on the internet, it’s almost impossible to find his Connecticut DJ business. Even a cease-and-desist letter from Lis’ lawyers to MTV went unnoticed, he claims.

DJ Pauly D has been trying to trademark his name, but keeps getting denied. I wonder why??
