Jessica Simpson is seen leaving her BFF’s Ken Pave’s hair salon after he’s done her hair.  I’m not sure if he’s angry at her or anything, but I hope she didn’t pay for this. Her hair looks soft and lovely but the bang that has taken a life of its own has got to go.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Jessica and I even love Ken Paves for being such a good friend to her.  In fact I love Jessica so much I would totally beat down Tony Romo for doing her wrong, but this comb-over isn’t working for me.  Nope.  Not at all.

Jessica Simpson is in New York visiting her sister Ashlee who is in New York starring in the Broadway musical Chicago.

Jessica recently posted a video to her Twitter account of her doing ear candling while best friend and famed hairdresser Ken Paves sang Christmas songs to take her mind off the discomfort. Have you ever tried ear candling?

Former girlfriend of Billy Corrigan, Tila Tequila has recently referred to Jessica Simpson as ‘a waste of space’:

“I think Jessica Simpson is a waste of space,” “She can’t even put two and two together. She doesn’t show any female empowerment. She gets screwed over by her ex-boyfriends because she’s all clingy. She should stop being so weak and stand up for herself. If Billy is happy with Jessica, then I’m happy for him – but I think he can do a lot better.“

I know that is the perception of Jessica, but does Tila really know that for certain? Who says Jessica doesn’t stand up for herself?  Because she doesn’t speak to the press about her relationships?? I know that Jessica comes across as innocent and naive, but that hardly makes her a waste of space.  And I wouldn’t agree that Jessica doesn’t show empowerment given she is a smart, and successful business woman.

Apparently another source told In Touch Weekly Magazine that Billy has an album coming out, and given he and Jessica have nothing in common, Jessica is essentially being used:

“He is dying for the attention and that’s probably why he’s hanging out with her.”

I sincerely hope that is not the case, but do you believe Jessica is being used?

Jessica Simpson’s little sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz made her broadway debut last night in New York as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago.  Hubby Pete Wentz, Jessica and papa John were in the audience (and at the after-party) where Jessica Twittered:

“Roxie was all Heart! Watching her up on that grandiose stage made me the proudest sister in the world. I love ya honey, I love ya!”

Also attending were costars Roz Ryan, Barry Weissler, and Deidre Goodwin.
