Katherine Heigl admitted to Entertainment Weekly that she was wrong to blame the writers’ of Grey’s Anatomy for her decision not to enter the Emmy race:

“At the time I thought I was doing the right thing and I wanted to be clear that I wasn’t snubbing the Emmys.

“I was just afraid that if I said, ‘No comment’, it was going to come across like I couldn’t be bothered… I could have more gracefully said that without going into a private work matter. It was between me and the writers. I ambushed them, and it wasn’t very nice or fair.

“Everybody has bad days. I was a little defensive about my season (on the show) because I thought I hadn’t had a great one.”

At the time she made the comment she apologized to the show’s creator Shonda Rhimes:

“I was just like, ‘Look, that was obnoxious. I apologise.’ She was like… , ‘I get it’”

And by ‘I get it’ she really meant ‘If you think the writing is bad now, wait until I write your ass out of my show, bish‘. Okay I’m kidding.

Between Katherine’s successful movie career and her decision to work less since adopting her daughter Naleigh with husband Josh Kelley (the three are pictured going to lunch in Los Feliz), it was mutually agreed upon that she exit the show because that’s what they want you to think instead of The Ugly Truth, he he he I’m kidding again, but do you see how I used the title of one of her movies to fit this…that’s raw talent baby.

I wonder if Seth Rogan and Judd Apatow are waiting?

Katherine Heigl and husband of (almost) two years Josh Kelley go shopping on Robertson Boulevard for some furnishings.

Katherine Heigl and her hubby Josh Kelley meet up with her mom and a friend at the Desert Rose restaurant for lunch. Those two are clearly still in the honeymoon phase of their marriage.  I love seeing that friskiness between couples.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley look like proud parents showing off their new pooch don’t they?  I know when it comes time to walk my dogs every day, I love nothing better than to strap on a pair of my fanciest pumps, my nicest dress, stop by the hairdresser and then BAM I’m ready to walk my dogs.

Nothing says “I love you puppers” more than dressing fancy and stuff to walk your pooch around the block, right?

Her husband seems to be the one in the family with the political correctness.  In answering US Magazine’s questions regarding his opinion when it comes to Katherine Heigl’s big piehole outspokenness, Josh Kelley says:

“I’m just the husband, I’m not the manager,”   In terms of whether she will be killed off he says, “I don’t get in her business with all that kind of stuff.”

As for committing career suicide with her remark as to why she was pulling out of Emmy contention: 

“people [made] a big deal out of nothing” “It’s still not my business,” he said. “I just stayed out of it so I don’t know.”

As for marriage, jealousy and kids:

“great. “We’re rocking and rolling,” ”the jealousy is gone” when she does love scenes with co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan.  Kids: “It’s something that I’m sure will happen when it happens,” he said.

There is nothing wrong with having an opinion, but it’s wiser to learn when not to give it.
