Christmas may be over but the spirit of giving is still alive and well thanks to St. Catherine sisters Kelsee Casagrande 19 and Alexx Mowbraywho 14, were lucky enough to attend Justin Bieber's 'Home For The Holidays' concert at Massey Hall.
The sisters couldn't get tickets for Bieber's show online and decided the night before the concert to board a bus to Toronto. Finally the sisters lucked out with getting a couple of tickets in a spot that was blocked off by a Christmas tree. Enter fate in the name of sympathetic security guards who gave them wristbands and escorted them to better seats at the front of the stage.
When Justin wanted a girl to come up on stage, Alexx offered up Kelsee who went up on stage. Kelsee recalls:
"And Justin said 'OK come up here' and my heart dropped," said Alexx. "He pulled me to the stage, led me to his stool.
"We sang the rap part together and I did most of it," said Alexx with a laugh. "He finished the song, he was singing to me and holding my hand."
He gifted her with an autographed guitar and amazingly the girls left the building with their lives still in tact. You know how Beliebers can be, right? Despite having a gift Beliebers would kill for, these two amazing sisters are auctioning it off for charity, says Alexx:
"There's people less fortunate than us that need it more than we do,"
They are currently in talks with Bieber's management team and the Ellen DeGeneres show to help create a lot of buzz to raise tons of money that will go to Bieber's Believe charity which will benefit Make-a-Wish Foundation, Pencils of Promise, Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto and also the food bank Bieber and his family needed in tougher times in their hometown of Stratford, Ontario.
"We'd like to sell it for a good chunk of money," said Kelsee. "It's a one of a kind, signed and it's (labeled with) Under the Mistletoe, too."
