Angelina Jolie brought her Salt movie premiere to the United Kingdom and it’s safe to say that all the ladies got the ‘wear your FUGLIEST outfit’ memo.

Angelina Jolie wore her grandmother’s bedazzled nightgown, and I really don’t know WTF Kerry Katona wore except don’t be surprised if you see Kerry strutting around trying to peck up some corn on the sidewalk with her beak.

Leona Lewis somewhat gets a pass although the colour is a bit strong.  As for Angelica Bell? Her dress has burned a hole in my retinas and made me crave bell-bottom jeans.

When Angie first started out on this promotional tour her outfits were very sexy and nicely fitting. What happens from then to now? I just don’t get it. I will say her skin, hair and eye make up is perfection.

It’s difficult to have one favourite dress when so many women looked so gorgeous last night.  Some of my favourites were Kate Hudson, Emily Blunt, Heidi Klum, Fergie, Calista Flockheart, Helen Mirren, Vera Farmiga, and Sofia Vergara to name but a few.  However I have to say that Penelope Cruz really stood out to me.  She looked like a princess.

Kelly Osbourne goes shopping with a friend and her adorable puppy in Los Angeles. I love seeing the reaction of people in the background obviously knowing it’s Kelly Osbourne (or a celebrity of some sort if they’ve been living under a rock).  She SO looks like her mom in this picture.

Hayden Christensen attends an early Christmas party at the mom of Rachel Bilson in North Hollywood.  I can not remember the last time I saw pictures of him!

Ashton Kutcher leaves Maxfields’ store in Los Angeles solo so methinks Demi is going to be a spoiled woman this year and why not!  She deserves it.

Tomorrow is the official release of James Cameron’s Avatar and it has received much hype over the last little while with it receiving a couple of Golden Globe nominations earlier this week including Best Picture and Best Director.

The thriller/sci-fi movie stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Zoe Saldana, Michelle Rodriguez and CCH Pounder.  Michelle looked positively lovely at the premiere.

In case you missed it, last night the American Music Awards were on and were opened by Janet Jackson with performances by Rihanna, Keith Urban, Kelly Clarkson, Green Day, Alicia Keys with Jay-Z, Eminem & 50 Cent, Whitney Houston, The Black Eyed Peas and Adam Lambert.  Of them all my favourite performance was by the Black Eyed Peas.  My least favourite? Unfortunately Rihanna.

Michael Jackson posthumously won 4 awards:  Favorite Soul/R‘n’B Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Male Vocalist Favorite Pop/Rock Album and Favorite Soul/R‘n’B Album. Taylor Swift beat out Michael and others in the Artist of the Year award.  She, herself looked shocked (via satellite) when she won and said:

“To even be mentioned in a category with Michael Jackson is an unimaginable honour. I’m sending my love to the Jackson family.”
