Justin Bieber has done a remix of Lil Wayne's 'How to Love' which is off of his crazy successful 'Carter IV' album that has broken some records in its first week on the shelves selling almost 1 million copies!

Billboard is reporting that Lil Wayne has officially sold 964,000 copies of Carter IV in its first week making it number one on Billboard’s top 200. That’s a position he’s used to as the same happened to his other two albums ”Tha Carter III” and “I Am Not a Human Being.”

According to Billboard:

His “How to Love” single is his first top 10 hit as a lead artist on the Pop Songs chart since 2008, when “Lollipop” (“Tha Carter III’s” first single) went to No. 5. “Love” is in fact only his second top 10 on the Pop Songs tally, after “Lollipop.”

Lil Wayne performed on the MTV Music Awards on August 28th which they are saying helped the sales of his album. From a download perspective he moved 362,000 copies of the album in its first week. Lady GaGa holds that record with 662,000 for Born This Way. Keep in mind GaGa had a two-day .99 cent sale on her Born This Way album. Imagine what Lil Wayne’s numbers would be if he did something similar?

Congratulations to Lil Wayne on the success of Carter IV. Well done!

Lil Wayne is going for super cute with the cover of his new album, Tha Carter IV.  It’s slated to drop later on this summer.  The photo is of an adorable, young Dwayne Carter Jr. wearing his cap and gown.  Do you love those tattoos that are obviously photoshopped onto his cute, little face and neck?

Diddy and Lil Wayne teamed up with the powerhouse, Mary J. Blige for her latest music video for “Someone to Love Me (Naked).” This is the first single from her 10th album, My Life II: The Journey Continues which drops on September 20.

I have loved Mary for years and years now.  She’s a classic artist that will never get old.  Not to me anyhow.  I love her soul and her passion.  You don’t find that in many artists anymore.

Paris Hilton and Lil Wayne are going to lay down a track or two together!  Whoaaa! Is right!

Paris interviewed Wayne for the April issue of Interview and that’s when this all began.  He asked her,

“I was gonna ask you, how are you gonna release an album and don’t get me on it?”

Paris promptly replied,

“Well, if you would be on the album, then I would be honored.  That would be the sickest thing. We should get each other’s phone numbers so we can call each other after the interview or text or something.”

Wayne was like,

“Cool. Sounds good.”

Then they exchanged numbers and the rest will soon be history.
