Dina Lohan has run out of children to exploit, so she has set her sights on this poor sweet innocent baby. The baby of a friend who lacks good judgment.

The two were having lunch at The Grove earlier today when the paps spotted Lindsay's mom. You have to admit, she actually looks good in these photos. The dress and shoes are a knock out. But I guess if I called the paps to let them know where I was, and then stand there to make a phone call like I had people who actually picked up the phone when I called, I would have dressed up real pretty-like too. 

Back in October we reported that she was shopping around a tell-all that would expose Lindsay in a big way, but no word on where that whole deal is. Perhaps she came to her sense? That isn't a typo. I meant it singular because I'm pretty sure she only has one.

With her 25 year-old daughter, Lindsay's career on the seemingly upswing, Dina has thrown herself together as she hides in the wings to bask in her daughter's limelight. She must be beside herself in anticipation for the press tour of Lifetime's Liz & Dick in which her eldest stars. But just in case, babies are her back-up plan.

The 2012 Coachella Music Festival came to a conclusion yesterday in Indio, California and it was worth the wait to see the celebrities that attended. Lindsay Lohan was at the event (she was also there on Day 2 but we didn't have photos of her to publish) and I have to say she looks beautiful. Very healthy looking. She's currently under investigation for an alleged assault that took place at a hotel bar and at her last court hearing Judge Sautner told her to stay out of clubs and concentrate on work. TMZ is reporting that she's telling friends it's not a club so it doesn't count. You have to admit she's not looking wasted or under the influence so maybe she is that strong? However she still isn't out of the woods yet until the hotel bar investigation has concluded.

Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder (how beautiful is that man) and his lady love and co star Nina Dobrev were hot and heavy on the PDA action at the festival. That man can try and go as incognito as he wants but he'll always be recognized because he's that beautiful! Plus she's wearing a red dress and stands out among the crowd.

Joshua Jackson and love Diane Kruger as well as Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler rounded out the celebrity lovebirds that attended Day 3.

Canada is LEGEND for not letting anyone into the country with a criminal record (not to say they haven't made their way in but you get my point, right), but the customs officials are making an exception for one Lindsay Lohan so she can film the Elizabeth Taylor biopic in Toronto. They gave her a work permit hours after her probation officer and courts signed off on her community service.

Could it be her reign of terror, arrests and poor decision-making is FINALLY behind her? It seems so. TMZ is reporting that today is her last court date and apparently she is going to be free thereafter as she has met all the requirements of her probation. Judge Stephanie Sautner is going to be giving Lindsay her full blessing.

It's great to see she's getting her life together and I sincerely hope it stays that way!

That rumor is rearing it's ugly head again. Reports are that Gerard Butler and Lindsay Lohan were sharing sexy face time the other night. While no bodily fluids were apparently exchanged between the two, they were all flirty pants at Chateau Marmont according to the Daily Mail.

Perhaps they just have 'chemistry' but it's not sexual chemistry. Haven't you ever had that with a member of the opposite sex? I've worked with men in my life that we couldn't stop laughing but I would have projectile vomited at the thought of anything sexual. Maybe it's like that with these two? Is this denial speaking? I don't think so. Besides that this relationship could NEVER be because of the issues with addiction on both sides. Maybe that's the reason a relationship could work, but I think in their business with its temptations and whatnot it's a recipe for disaster. Some liar source claimed:

The two were laughing and telling jokes, and Butler kept his hands on both sides of her chair as he leaned in close to talk,' 'She was soaking up the attention and even asked him to come closer so she could whisper in his ear.'

Just when you think Lindsay Lohan is getting her crap together something has got to happen right? TMZ is reporting that she was at Sayers Club in Hollywood last night when she went to drive away (in her brand new Porsche). Her view was obstructed by paparazzi and others hanging around and she very lightly hit the manager of the place. She carried on her merry old way.

The cops were called (TMZ says it may have been her covering her ass), people were questioned and no charges were laid. The police say based on their investigation the case is closed and will only be reopened if the person hit claims an injury.

From the sounds of it this person could not have possibly been hit by Lindsay but there are a lot of douches in the world that try to make money off of celebrities. However seeing as she's leaving a club and is apparently leading a sober life I hope her fleeing isn't a sign she had to get out of there for obvious reasons. I just get the impression that perhaps driving isn't one of  her strong suits, you know?

UPDATED: TMZ is reporting that the manager, upon learning who Lindsay Lohan was, went to the hospital claiming injuries and is hiring an attorney and pressing charges. Prior to that (learning who she was) he told cops and bystanders he was fine. Seriously what a douche.

Lindsay Lohan 25, has (thankfully) ditched the blonde locks and has returned to being a red-head. The star was seen in Beverly Hills yesterday shopping at Miu Miu looking so much better and dressed very lovely if you ask me. Sure her jeans have holes in them but that camel coloured coat is so classic and elegant on her and her sandals are to die for. 

This is the Lindsay we need to see more often. I sincerely hope she is surrounding herself with good people (which basically means never seeing her father and perhaps mother too) and continues on this path of improvement.

Lindsay Lohan's life and luck is starting to look up! Not only is she hosting Saturday Night Live on March 3rd, a source is confirming to Access Hollywood that she has landed the role of a lifetime to play Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime TV movie Liz and Dick.

However this role is contingent on her staying in high esteem with the courts. So far Judge Stephanie Sautner has been very pleased with Lindsay's progress in her probation requirements having not only completed the work but doing so ahead of schedule. Lindsay's next court date is Wednesday, February 22 where it is expected she will again receive rave reviews because she seems to be quite serious in turning her life around. 

See kittens? Kids just need some boundaries and tough love at times. Judge Sautner certainly is the only one to set them for her and look how she is thriving. Let's hope she keeps it up.

Set your PVR's, TIVO's and whatever else you use to record television programs if you aren't going to be home on March 3rd because Lindsay Lohan will be hosting Saturday Night Live! The musical guest that night will be Jack White.

With the exception of the Jimmy Fallon hosted SNL just before Christmas (which I still have and will never delete because I heart it like a crazy-assed stalker), I don't know about you but I just haven't been loving SNL this season at all. Mind you I haven't watched last night's with Maya Rudolph as the host so it could have been spectacular.

Say what you will about Lindsay Lohan, but the girl can laugh at herself. Take her 'Funny or Die' eHarmony profile back in April 2009  that she recorded when she and Samantha Ronson broke up. Apparently she ad-libbed the majority of the skit.
