Earlier this week Michael Lohan was arrested for alleged domestic violence against girlfriend Kate Major. Well I guess he wanted to surpass daughter Lindsay in the number of mugshots accumulated department and has gone and got himself arrested again.

He was arrested for trying to contact Kate Major and when he tried to escape he jumped from a third floor balcony into a tree. What a knob. 

Police went to Kate's apartment where she said Michael kept calling her (part of his release conditions of the arrest earlier this week was to have no contact with Kate). While the police were there Michael called. The police felt he was a threat and arrested the tree hugger.

I have lit some candles and am praying to whomever is listening that someone, some how got a photo of Michael hanging in a tree. That would totally make my day.

Lindsay Lohan is posing for Playboy, all nude like and the photo shoot started this past weekend! TMZ is confirming that Lindsay Lohan started shooting the spread in a deal that is supposed to be close to the $1 million she wanted. Lindsay was approached by Playboy a while ago but balked at their piddly $750,000 offer. So it's come to this? In order to keep her, her lifestyle and her family going she's got to get naked. 

When TMZ reached out to her rep for confirmation she was getting nekkid for Playboy they had an interesting response: "I can neither confirm or deny at this time."

So in other words it's totally true. Thoughts? Are you surprised, saddened, expressionless?

Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan is apparently shopping around a tell-all that will basically throw Lindsay under the bus exposing her alcohol and drug use. What I find interesting about that is that Dina is the one always telling everyone that her daughter is okay. So for her to turn around, write a book and shop it around is purely evil on her part. 

TMZ obtained a copy of the prologue that was being shopped around 2 weeks ago:

"I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively.  Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay's way of daily living–and it tore me up inside."

Yes we can see it tore Dina up so much she had to write about it all the while denying her daughter has a problem. Dina and her rep are shopping the book around looking for a taker that can turn it into a best-seller.

I used to think Michael Lohan was a douche and that Dina was just in denial with her head in the sand, but clearly she's as big an evil douche as he is. And we wonder why Lindsay is so messed up? I know she's an adult now, but she had THEM steering her for her childhood. She can't even depend on her parents to have her back. How messed up is that?

Yesterday we told you how Lindsay Lohan was back in court for a hearing and had her probation revoked pending a hearing in November. She was taken away in handcuffs because she failed to do her court-appointed community work. So the judge told her she was to start work at the morgue. 

Apparently Lindsay was hell-bent on showing the judge she was serious and was going to start her court-appointed morgue work the next day (today).

Lindsay was late. Lindsay apparently couldn't find the front door to the morgue. She was 20 minutes late and as a result was turned away. Her publicist spoke to TMZ and said Lindsay's tardiness:

"a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival." 

Yeah, because who would have possibly anticipated the media would be there, right? While not finding an entrance isn't necessarily a lie, when you are in the position Lindsay is in, wouldn't you PLAN OUT your morning a bit better? I mean being late and not fulfilling your court-appointed duties could put you back in jail for a long time. 

Lindsay has until her November 2 hearing to do a minimum of 16 hours at the morgue. This means crack pipes down at 9 p.m., lights out at 9:15 and hit the sack at 9:30 so that you are up bright and early. It's not rocket science folks, it's just good planning. That is all.

Former Lindsay Lohan girlfriend Sam Ronson 33, was arrested for DUI yesterday morning on the outskirts of Bakersfield, California.

Sam had been the D.J. at the Palazzo hotel in Las Vegas the night before and had been making her way home when she was pulled over initially for speeding.

She didn’t do so well on the field sobriety test and was taken in where she blew over the legal limit. She’s listed as being 5’7″ and weighing 102 pounds. Bitch.

Lindsay Lohan is getting sued again.  I swear, she’s got frequent flyer miles at the courthouse!  This time she has been sued by a guy who sold her speakers and installed audio and video equipment in her Venice home.   The guy, Stephen Clark is claiming,  in small claims court, that after he did the work, she didn’t pay up.

All he wants is $1,180 to cover the costs and his “missed work.” So I don’t know why she doesn’t just pay and get it over with.  I would.  He installed them in June when she was under house arrest. And no worries, because this is a small claims court thing, she can’t go to jail. Were you worried

Kim Kardashian’s bridal shower was on July 23, hosted by her momma, Kris Jenner at her home in Los Angeles.  The guest list was very Hollywood of course: Lindsay Lohan, Demi Lovato, Sharon Osbourne, Robin Antin, Serena Williams, Lala Vazquez, Maria Menounos and Mel B.

It was a delicious party with plenty of good food,

“Because Kim has such a sweet tooth, there were plenty of desserts, and Kim was spotted snacking on cupcakes,” the insider tells Life & Style. They also enjoyed Mediterranean food, another insider says.

The ladies were all bonding for hours,

“Kim even made a point of saying that Demi [Lovato] was like her little sister — a lot of people didn’t realize they were so close!” an insider reveals to Life & Style. Demi also tweeted about it the same day: “@KimKardashian I love you. And I won’t forget.. You totally are my big sister…. Hahaha”

The party planners did a great job,

 ”Kris, Kim’s sisters, and Shelli Azoff planned it all,” an insider says. “They all had a great time.”

Very cool.  Not surprising.  I swear, all things Kim are like bedazzled or something.  Expect nothing less that perfection, over the top.
