At the end of last night'sDancing With The Stars, host Tom Bergeron announced that Melissa Gilbert and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy were noticeably absent because she was rushed to the hospital without elaborating on the why. It turns out that during their Paso Doble she hit her head on the dance floor (OUCH, how painful does that sound?) and later complained of dizziness.
Prince Gavin DeGraw came to the rescue and carried her down the stairs to the ambulance where she was taken to hospital with Maks by her side.
She later tweeted that she's fine and has a mild concussion and whiplash:
Check out the video of the dance. I can't see where she banged her head but obviously she did.:

The rehearsals for season 14 of Dancing With The Stars are well under way and I would have to think it is at this point that those celebrities who signed up are thinking 'what the hell did I get myself into?'
Here we see Maria Menounos, Derek Hough, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Jaleel White, Kym Johnson, Melissa Gilbert, Peta Murgatroyd, and Donald Driver outside of the dance studio. Might I add that Derek is looking mighty chiseled in the bicep department? Mommy likes.
Are you excited for this season? Will you be watching?

Much to the dismay of Maksim Chmerkovskiy fans everywhere, the rumors for the past week were that he wasn't returning to Season 14 of Dancing With The Stars, but bitches you can forget that rumor even started because he WILL be back.
TMZ got the video coverage of him returning from New York (promoting his new jewelry line which is a very nice line) landing at LAX and although he doesn't specifically SAY he will be back, he apparently headed to the dance studio where he met with Melissa Gilbert who apparently is on the upcoming season. I don't think Laura Ingalls is going to take his crap.
What would a season of DWTS be without Maksim? Besides the great dancing and shirtless moments that his fans live for, he does provide that certain element of drama that's always a plus for shows.
TMZ also revealed that Sherri Shepherd and Heather Locklear's ex Jack Wagner will be on the upcoming season. The official announcement takes place Tuesday morning and you know we will keep you all informed.

Last night's Dancing With The Stars eliminated Hope Solo and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy in a much talked about season that saw tension between these two and these two and the judges. This leaves J.R. Martinez, Rob Kardashian and Ricki Lake as the three celebrities heading into next week's final show that will see them do three dances.
Despite the bravado, Hope was so upset by her elimination that she barely got through her first backstage interview breaking down in tears before excusing herself from the remaining interviews.
Normally the eliminated star and professional dancer appear that night on the Jimmy Kimmel show but last night all three finalists were on the show which worked out just as well considering how upset Hope was.
Sorry but while Hope did improve she was not that strong of a dancer and could never take the judge's criticism objectively. They are judges. They judge. It's what they do. It's too bad Hope couldn't learn from that or just carry on despite what she perceived to be personal attacks.
Are you surprised that Hope was eliminated last night? Who do you think will win the mirror trophy ball?

Do you think there is crazy pent-up sexual tension between Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Carrie Ann Inaba? Ever notice how the mood gets hot and heavy toward the end of a season on Dancing With The Stars? So much at stake with the mirror ball and all the hard work the dancers and celebrities have done. This season (season 13) we haven't really had to wait until the end because it seemed that there has been tension between the judges and Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his partner Hope Solo.
Last night it turned a bit ugly when it came time for the judges' comments after Maks and Hope's tango. Carrie Ann was in the middle of critiquing their dance when she noticed Maks with a grin on his face. She stopped her critiquing to say "You can smile like that Maks, it's okay", thinking that smirk was at her. Maks tried to act like 'what' and backstage when asked about Carrie Ann, Maks replied: "F*ck Carrie Ann," "Next question.""I think Carrie Ann has an issue," (apparently he was laughing while saying this).
Hope jumped in and remarked: "Maks is smiling because we should be smiling," she said. " So Carrie Ann, thank you, Maks was smiling. This is my partner. Finally, we're happy!"
You know everyone is entitled to their opinions, and Maks and Hope have every right to defend themselves but while other celebrities have taken the criticism objectively and tried to learn from it, it seems Hope and Maks have taken it as a personal vendetta against them to bring them down. I was really turned off by Hope's attitude last night.
"I don't know what it is," he said. "I would love to know what it is so that I could address it. But I have no clue what the (expletive) she was talking about."
As for the scoring: "I totally disagreed with the scores, but what else is new," he said.
Watch the video below and tell us what you think? Did Carrie Ann react to nothing? Who do you think is going home tonight?

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his partner Hope Solo aren't achieving the results they both want and it isn't for lack of trying. Their rehearsal tapes are painful to watch because there seems to be so much friction. Last night's was probably one of the worst when Maks told her that unlike all the others, he hasn't lost faith in her ability to dance. My heart went out to her she looked crushed.
Hope is an amazing woman and beyond athletic and talented in her field, but she isn't able to get beyond her self-consciousness that it seems she suffers from.
After their Rumba Maksim got into it with the judges because he didn't like what they were saying and in particular Len's commentary:
"Hope, I've never lost faith in you," "I always feel like there is so much there, and for some reason it hasn't come out." "This is your worst dance of the season in my opinion."
Maksim disagreed and came to the defense of Hope, which is really nice and all, until this:
"I've been in this business for 50 years," Chmerkovskiy sharply retorted: "Then maybe it's time to go!"
Carrie Ann Inaba jumped to Len`s defense and told Maks that was really disrespectful and I have to agree. Personally I think that was really arrogant of Maks. No doubt he`s talented and all that, but show some respect especially to someone of Len`s age. Watch the video if you haven`t already seen this and tell us what you think.

Dancing With The Stars'Hope Solo casually waters her lawn nude for ESPN's body issue. Damn this girl's body is banging. Doesn't it make you want to put the tub of ice cream down, stop dipping your fries into that delicious ketchup and do a stomach crunch or two?
There's always tomorrow poodles.
Hope along with 22 other athletes take it off for ESPN's third annual body issue. There's a video on ESPN where it looks like she's sharing some of her workout strategy. These ladies have muscles in places I didn't think muscles existed. Take a look! It's both depressing and motivating. Well mostly depressing but take a look anyways.

The pairings have been announced so let the rehearsals begin for the season 13 of Dancing With The Stars. We have the latest pictures of the professionals and celebrities making their way to and from dance rehearsals.
I’m not loving the way Mark Ballas and Kristin Cavallari are all chemistry-like. Hands off my man biotch. Whether or not this season is exciting, we will at least get to see Mark shake his money-maker and that will make it all worthwhile.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy is seen outside the studio with his partner Hope Solo and also a top on (sorry ladies). Judging by the smiles I would say they are pretty happy to be working together.
Chaz Bono can also be seen at rehearsals. I’m really shocked and very saddened by the hatred that has come out by him being on the show. It shows just how narrow-minded people can be. I read somewhere this week that he would like a penis and I thought he got one in his surgeries. So what makes him a man if not for a penis? Facial hair? If that’s the case I have a few female relatives whose gender may be questionable.
George Clooney’s ex Elizabetta Canalis shows us what she is most famous for (besides boning George) and that’s her ass. Girl has a rocking body, but you know something occurred to me about their breakup. In order for Dancing With The Stars to secure the ‘talent’ they have to approach many celebrities and do so well in advance of a given season. The timing of her break up with George Clooney seems like it could have coincided (or not) with her decision to do Dancing With The Stars.
Although George likes himself some sexy-hot cooter, he also doesn’t want a lime light seeking attention whore. What do you think?
Season 13 of Dancing With The Stars starts on Monday, September 19, 2011. Will you be watching?
