It was a who’s who of Hollywood that showed up to lend their name and support behind the Stand Up To Cancer charity event last night in Los Angeles.

The hour long show featured cameos by a ton of stars as well as performances by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Neil Diamond, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart and many more.

Stars like Christina Applegate, and Sofia Vergara that have battled cancer wore yellow shirts, while stars like Rob Lowe who lost his mother to the disease in 2003, wore white.  He paid tribute to her on his shirt with ‘In Memory Of Mom’.

Jessica Simpson poses on the red carpet at last night’s Good Housekeeping’s ‘Shine On’ event in New York celebrating 125 Years of Women Making Their Mark.

Jessica certainly made her mark on Courtney Love who Tweeted her fondness for Jess after the two bonded Friday night:

“i saw HAWT AS HELL Jessica Simpson last night we chewed Nicorette and “BEST F**K IN THE WORLD” and “”Sexual Napam” BONDED!(sic)”

“your really hot and ive always thought you were a very hardworking pop singer who deserved success. thats primary(sic)”

After last night’s season premiere of Dancing With The Stars, some of the stars and dancers (and a few others) attended the gifting suite to honour the 10^th Season of the show where they posed with various pieces of merchandise.  *sigh* This is my dream.  To walk into a room and be told ‘pick anything you want and it’s free’.

Besides Chelsie Hightower and her partner Jake Pavelka, his incorrect choice in ‘fiancee’ (notice the quotes) Vienna Girardi attended as did another Bachelorette Jillian Harris and her douchebag of a fiancé Ed Swiderski.  It’s so early in the  day to have such a potty-mouth isn’t it?

Former DWTS’ alumni Marlee Matlin and Joanna Krupa attended too as did professional dancer Julianne Hough.  I really miss Julianne on the show and Lacey Schwimmer as well.  Maybe next year?  We can only hope.
