It’s nice to see Kris Allen back performing with the American Idol tour after cancelling Conan O’Brien the other night due to a family death.

These pics were taken from the Staples Centre performance last night.  The other night at the Hp Pavilion in San Jose, California some anti-gay protestors were picketing because of Adam Lambert, but fellow American Idol, Michael Sarver Twittered:

“Funny how people think it’s a good idea to mess with a big Texan and his AI family. Adam is just fine, shakes it off and so should we.

“We are together in this thing. You mess with one you mess with all ten. We are strong and we are 1. For those outside protesting I say do not judge less ye be judged yourself. Guys don’t mind these people, we are a strong family.”

Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Allison Iraheta, Danny Gokey and Matt Giraud attend the Champagne Launch of ‘Britweek 2009′ at the  Consul General’s official residence in Los Angeles last night.  

Also at this event were Slumdog Millionaire’s Anil Kapoor, Dancing With The Stars’ Bruno Tonioli and Jennifer Love Hewitt’s ex fiance Ross McCall, who looks to have a date with him.
