The Glee Project is currently airing on Oxygen.  But if you’re  a true Gleek, you already knew that.  For the newbies, this is a show where fans (with voices) are competing for the big prize: A multiple-episode guest role on Glee during next season!

Matthew Morrison has racked up some big names for his upcoming solo album.  So far we’ve confirmed that he’s got Gwyneth Paltrow, Kris Allen and Elton John.  Apparently that wasn’t enough because he’s added another name to his list.  Sting.

“I am happy to confirm that the final duet on my album is with one of my icons, a musical genius, Sting. I was honored that he agreed to do the duet and allow me to sing with him on one of his most incredible songs, ‘Let Your Soul Be My Pilot’.”

Sure Glee is a phenom of it’s own.  But Matthew wanted something non-Glee for this album,

“I don’t want to make a ‘Glee’ album,” Morrison said. “I want to do something that’s really personal to me.”

The self titled album hits shelves on Tuesday (May 10.)  Will you be picking up a copy?

Glee’s Matthew Morrison had a little problem with some messy tenants that wouldn’t pay rent and pretty much trashed the house. He’s totally over them and wants out of his house. I have a feeling you can get a good deal for the house.

Did I mention the ‘tenants’ were RATS. That’s right plural. As in more than one. Apparently one night he came home to his bed filled with rat feces and a rat in the middle of his bed that he thought was dead. Turns out the rat was just taking a breather from crapping all over the place. When Matt went to catch it, the little bugger ran off:

“I tried to catch the rat and he darted away. And I kind of cornered him in this thing. I thought he was dead on my bed,” the actor explained. “So I put a bunch of plastic bags on my hand, and I went to grab him and he just darted off. He was on the windowsill, kind of just eyeing me. We were playing cat and mouse — or Matt and rat, I guess.”

Morrison then caught the critter, “ran downstairs in my underwear and threw him in this far away trash can.”

Rather than run screaming from the house like a man on fire (is there any other reaction that is appropriate given the circumstances) he just went to back to bed. No mention of whether or not he was in a plastic bubble or if he even cleaned the rat poop up or showered even. He just went to bed. I was really hoping to read how he showered and bleached the snot out of the house:

“I get up, run over and turn the light on, and this big guy is on my nightstand and he jumps on my bed,” Morrison said. “And he’s looking at me like, ‘What are you doing on my bed?’ He’s looking at me like I’m the a**hole.”

I’m sorry to say Mr. Morrison but you are an a**hole for not LEAVING. It was only until he went to bed that he realized there was a second rat which then prompted him to go to a hotel.

You may be able to pick it up for a good deal. You know with the economy and word that it’s rat-infested: “This is my house that I own,” he explained. “Now I want to put it back on the market!”

Would you let Matthew Morrison touch your privates now knowing he doesn’t shower before crawling into a bed covered in rat poop?

Katie Couric is making her big debut on Glee after the Super Bowl in a week.  This is one guest star I really can’t picture.  I don’t know what it is, but something just doesn’t click for me.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Cee Lo Do “F*** You” Again

So what is her “character” going to be like?  I’d say herself.  She will be dancing with Matthew Morrison (Mr. Schuester) while being misidentified as Diane Sawyer by none other than Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester.)

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Glee star, Matthew Morrison usually plays teacher Will Schuester on the hit show.  But in his spare time, he’s been working on an album that should be released in February.

Amy Winehouse Going to Glee?

He posted a sneak peek of his work on Youtube saying,

“I’ve kind of always wanted to do an album, and with the success of ‘Glee,’ it’s kind of afforded me the opportunity to make that happen.  I think in the beginning I was kind of trying to gear it towards the ‘Glee’ audience, to make a very poppy kind of vibrant record that a lot of younger people were gonna be into,” he says. “But then I started writing those kind of songs and they just didn’t resonate with me.  I don’t want to make a ‘Glee’ album.  I want to do something that’s really personal to me.”

Well, you can’t argue with that and well, just wait… this album is going to speak for itself.  For now, check out the little “spoiler” and see what you think!

Jane Lynch and Perez Hilton were among a star studded crowd at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Centers 39th Anniversary Gala held at Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.  Could this be an opportunity for Perez to sneak into an episode of Glee?
