Earlier this week Michael Lohan was arrested for alleged domestic violence against girlfriend Kate Major. Well I guess he wanted to surpass daughter Lindsay in the number of mugshots accumulated department and has gone and got himself arrested again.

He was arrested for trying to contact Kate Major and when he tried to escape he jumped from a third floor balcony into a tree. What a knob. 

Police went to Kate's apartment where she said Michael kept calling her (part of his release conditions of the arrest earlier this week was to have no contact with Kate). While the police were there Michael called. The police felt he was a threat and arrested the tree hugger.

I have lit some candles and am praying to whomever is listening that someone, some how got a photo of Michael hanging in a tree. That would totally make my day.

What an upstanding human being. Michael Lohan was arrested last night for domestic violence, false imprisonment and preventing the reporting of victimization.

TMZ is reporting that his girlfriend called police around 9:30-10:00 p.m. saying they got into an argument and it got physical. Apparently she has the physical markings on her body to back this claim up.

Michael was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre claiming he had chest pains but will be arrested upon his release.

I have zero respect for any man hitting a woman. It’s one of the lowest forms of life (that and abusing animals, children, elderly people and those with disabilities). But being the cowardly douchebag that he is, he ‘allegedly’ tried to prevent her from reporting it. If you aren’t on Twitter, or haven’t seen him on Twitter, here’s his bio:

Interesting huh? Talk is cheap. Actions speak much louder than words. This guy is such a talker.

I sincerely hope she finds the strength to stay away from him. No woman deserves that.

Lindsay Lohan issued a statement to Radar Online and, in essence, she wants her dad to shut his pie-hole:

“I am sorry that my father has continually chosen to speak publicly about our relationship, my mother, my siblings, and my professional team. ”I am working through my recovery day-by-day and find his public media bouts unnecessary and damaging.”

Methinks it could get worse because Michael is going to be on this season’s Celebrity Rehab so who knows what drama he will be cooking up?

Both he and Dina Lohan need to shut their pie-hole and stop talking about their kids. Who’s kidding who, stop talking about Lindsay.

Michael Lohan’s ex -fiancee Kate Major is pretty fed up with his crazy ways, so she filed a criminal complaint against him, saying that he’s been harassing her constantly.  Michael has allegedly been calling her non-stop and threatening her.

During their last breakup a few weeks ago, Kate and Michael got into a really messy fight when she was packing her things to leave their NYC apartment.  He tried to stop her and all hell broke loose.

Michael Lohan Nose Job Turns Into Being Hospitalized For Chest Pains

Kate went to Florida to stay with her family and that’s when Michael really started in on the crazy phone calls. Kate tried to have his number blocked from her phone and then Michael allegedly threatened to do “something bad.”

Kate filed the criminal complaint on Friday in Florida and she’s planning to file for a restraining order on tomorrow.

Michael told TMZ,

“She has done this many times before, and the allegations always prove to be false.”

Lindsay Lohan’s daddy, Michael Lohan made a little trip to the hospital yesterday afternoon, according to TMZ.   Michael was at a doctor’s office in Newport Beach, CA to get a consultation for a nose job.

Michael Lohan Admits Agreeing To Pay Dawn Holland $25,000

Suddenly he started complaining of chest pains, so the nurse took his blood pressure, freaked by how high it was (200/110) and called 911.  Good idea.  They took him to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach to undergo tests and remain under observation.

Michael Lohan has come out and admitted that it was he who negotiated the deal and agreed to pay Betty Ford worker, Dawn Holland $25,000 in exchange for not pursuing charges against Lindsay Lohan.

Michael sent an email exclusively to Radar Online which reads:

“I am coming forward without regret, to tell the truth about the Dan Holland situation with my daughter. Lindsay.

“From the night of this occurrence, I have been aware of the entire situation.

Dawn DID assault Lindsay while demanding a urine (test) and took it to another level when Lindsay demanded the phone.

“Since then, Dawn has had her attorney meet with me, negotiate with me and even propose a “deal” with me, her lawyer and Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holly (Chapman) and while I agreed to Dawn Holland’s initial “number”,  to procure financial stability due to getting fired, she got greedy and took it to another level.

“Dawn DEMANDED that Lindsay agree to a sit down interview to make ‘amends’ for the sake of the public NOT because Dawn wanted to set the record straight, but because she negotiated a deal to make more money from the interview.

“When Lindsay said that amends don’t need to be a public thing, and she would  NOT do it publicly, Dawn fired her lawyer and hired another one out of vengeance.

“With Dawn Holland’s record for abuse, her assault charges, her credibility and desire for money, I believe that he courts and public will see, that this is a woman, who motives and intentions (sic), to set Lindsay up, so she could have financial gain.

“If she really was or is in “recovery”, she would seek it in an emotional way, rather than financial.

“If this was any other person, in the same situation, Dawn, nor the authorities would ever pursue it in this fashion.”

Radar Online contacted Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman who covered her ass stated:

“I have never entered into any agreement with Ms. Holland or with any representative of Ms. Holland– on Ms. Lohan’s behalf or otherwise– for money to be paid to Ms. Holland, either directly or indirectly.”

I can’t believe I’m saying this (and it will probably be the one and only time I do so, trust me) but Michael Lohan is correct in that if this were anyone other than Lindsay, this whole circus would not have happened.

Not being a lawyer or anything I’m wondering if there will be any repercussions to Michael admitting he paid someone not to press charges. Lindsay’s lawyer was very quick to remove herself from anything to do with it so that leads me to believe it may not have been Michael’s brightest move.
