Nicole Richie is taking on a new adventure in her very full life…she’s doing a talk show!  So it’s bye-bye Oprah, hello Nicole!

Nicole Richie Talks About Her Non-Pregnancy

“Nicole loves the idea of hosting her own show,” a friend says. “She sees herself as the next Oprah.  Nicole went from being a heroin addict to a happily married wife, mother and successful businesswoman.  She’ll share her own struggles and victories in hopes of helping others.”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is very keen on the idea as well.

“I think she’s lovely. I think she’s the most wonderful woman,” Elisabeth told In Touch at the More and Fitness Magazine Half-Marathon on April 3. “I have a feeling she can do anything.”

I couldn’t agree more.  Nicole rocks.  She’s a woman of all trades, has a ton of life experience and so much to offer anyone she’d have on the show.  I can’t wait to hear more details!  Stay tuned!

Nicole Richie who is mother of two little one, Harlow (3) and Sparrow (1 1/2) decided she’d clear up these pregnancy rumors once and for all.  Apparently people called her knocked up after seeing some photos of her with a bit of a bump.

“Contrary to recent speculation, I am not pregnant,” she says in a statement. “This irresponsible reporting continues to feed an atmosphere of self-doubt and insecurity. To publicly point out a change in anyone’s body is mean-spirited and cruel. People’s bodies change and change again. This is not newsworthy and is a waste of valuable media space that should be used for more important issues.”

So there!  Whoever started that rumor should be slapped.  Women’s bodies do change SO much after having kids.  It’s rough.  And Nicole is always at the gym, and she looks amazing.  So all of you back off!

Last night the 19^th Annual Elton John Aids Foundation Viewing Party took place at the Pacific Design Centre in West Hollywood where celebrities gathered to celebrate the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.

This party is not only as coveted as the Vanity Fair one, and one of the best parties, it also benefits Elton John’s Aids Foundation.

Like in all of the other years, lots of celebrities attended this one: Lance Bass, Tori Spelling, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie, Vanessa Hudgens and lots more.

QVC held their annual pre-Oscar Red Carpet Style gala at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles last night. So many parties, so many outfits. How do these celebrities do it? Each party requires different outfits, and accessories.

Nicole Richie looks gorgeous. I find as she gets older, like most women, she gets better and better looking. Kourtney Kardashian rocked a sequined skirt while sister Kim Kardashian looks a little too casual in my mind thanks to those pants.

She talked to People about the new designs that will be launching for her Spring 2011 collections.

“We are introducing sunglasses this season. Sunglasses play a huge role in my life simply because I don’t wear make-up.”

She doesn’t need to wear makeup!  She’s got great skin and beautiful eyes.  On the other hand, me without makeup should be illegal.

Okay, I seem to be on a wedding roll… so I will just go with it.  Not my fault!  They all chose this weekend!  Nicole Richie and Joel Madden finally made it down the aisle yesterday at her dad, Lionel Richie’s house.

The very happy couple exchanged Neil Lane rings in front of about 130 guests including Gwen Stefani, Ashlee Simpson, Kris Jenner, Samantha Ronson and Joel’s brother Benji Madden….oh, and an elephant.  Yes.  No joke.  I can’t wait to hear the story behind that one and see the beautiful photos.
