Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez hit Malibu beach with her daughter (from Gabriel Aubry) Nahla yesterday where they had tons o fun frolicking on the beach, taking pictures and digging for treasures. You can see how great he is with Nahla as she climbs his back and he helps her on that swing thing.

Halle and Olivier met on the set of Dark Tide and have been a couple ever since. That movie will hit theatres April 12. He recently confirmed to the world that the two were indeed engaged. She's been waging a war in court with her ex Gabriel to try to seek custody of their daughter and get permission to move to France. The word on the street is the two lovebirds will marry there this summer.

Back in January we reported that Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry were engaged despite the rumors not being confirmed by either side, but today is a new day kittens. While opening his new restaurant Villa Azur in Miami the hunky Parisian confirmed the happy news and also cleared up some rumors surrounding it:

“Yes, of course it’s true.”  "There is a jeweler taking credit for doing the ring and it's a lie!" he said. "They have nothing to do with this."

The ring was actually designed by fellow Parisian jeweler Robert Mazlo. If they do make it to the alter this will be Halle's third marriage. The third is always the charm they say! She was married to baseballer David Justice from December 1992 to June 1997 and Eric Benet from January 2001 to January 2005. She has a 3 year old daughter Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubry. She swore off marriage but if Olivier proposed to you, would you really turn him down? I didn't think so.

In the action-thriller Dark Tide, Halle Berry is a diving instructor and shark expert Kate Mathieson returning to Great White infested waters of isolated Guadalupe Island for the first time since her own near-deadly shark attack.

Kate (Halle Berry) is a shark expert whose business has been failing since a shark attack killed a fellow diver under her command. Once dubbed "the shark whisperer," Kate is haunted by the memory of the attack and unable to get back into the water. With bills piling up and the bank about to foreclose on Kate's boat, Kate's ex-boyfriend Jeff (Olivier Martinez) presents her with a lucrative opportunity: lead a thrill-seeking millionaire businessman on a dangerous shark dive…outside the cage. Battling her self-doubts and fear, Kate accepts the proposal — and sets a course for the world's deadliest feeding ground: Shark Alley.

 Directed by John Stockwell (remember him as Dennis in Christine and Cougar in Top Gun? He also directed Blue Crush and Into the Blue so at least he knows a thing or two about making a movie at sea), Dark Tide is due out on VOD March 8 and in limited release March 30. (But we all know it will only be remembered because we know what its stars were doing when cameras stopped rolling. What? Don’t you people read the tabloids? Besides, look at that poster. What exactly are they advertising? "Courage runs deep", but shallow sells tickets.)

Is that an argument you would get in-between? According to ShowbizSpy, Gerard Butler was at dinner with Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry when the conversation took a turn to the dirty and you KNOW Gerard started that argument.

It began with Mr. G stating that Frenchmen lack in the bedroom department when the three were at Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont. I hadn’t heard that rumour but then again this is Gerard making that (alleged) statement, so all things being considered equal, he probably has a *ahem* point.

According to a source:

“Gerard began mucking around, bragging about Scotsmen and the size of their packages. He was joking that he could wear kilts and no undies because he was a ‘real man’, and that other Europeans wouldn’t be able to pull a kilt off.

“As the conversation continued, he got more lewd — and funny — but Olivier got less and less impressed. After one gag too many at his expense, he stood up and confronted Gerry.

“Olivier was red in the face and gesticulating wildly. So Halle told them both to lighten up.”

THAT’S what she said? How about ‘let’s see some empirical evidence?’ I’m not sure I believe this story. I don’t know what publication this source spoke to (I don’t know if it’s Showbiz Spy or what), but I’m calling bullsh*t on this story. Unfortunately.

Unless of course this is true and this is Gerard’s dirty-boy way of trying to get Halle interested in him. You know, dangle the berries bait.

Halle Berry admitted to the New York Post that she would love more children:

I’d love more children. I’m 44, so who knows how much longer I can wait?”

Put two and two together:  she’s currently with Olivier Martinez, and she can’t wait. Bazinga. She wants his baby. No pressure to a brand new relationship. Is he sweating in those photos?

Halle Berry can be seen leaving a salon in Beverly Hills where she got her hair did all pretty for Olivier Martinez who met her and picked her up after he did some errands himself.

Halle can’t seem to keep her hands off of Olivier in his car as she can be seen playing with his hair while he talks.  It looks like these two have lots of chemistry together.  I bet sparks fly! Imagine if they had a child together? Halle sure picks herself some smoking hot man meat.

Halle Berry is one very lucky lady.  Besides being graced with such beautiful looks, making a baby with the gorgeous Gabriel Aubry, she is on location in Capetown, South Africa filming Dark Tide with the very hot Olivier Martinez.

The movie is:

A thriller centered on a diving instructor who returns to deep waters after a near-fatal encounter with a Great White shark.

We do not see nearly enough pictures of Olivier.  Do you remember him in Unfaithful with Diane Lane? Oh yes I know you do! Some of their scenes were crazy hot.

Demi Moore looks absolutely breathtaking in that beautiful blue gown.  That colour suits her so well!  She and her hubby Ashton Kutcher attended the 3^rd Annual Pre-Oscar Hollywood Gala held at the Beverly Hills Hilton last night.

Jason Statham was there and unfortunately I only have one picture of him.  Boo.  But it’s a good picture.  As if there could be a bad picture of Jason.

Aaron Eckhart is rocking some facial hair and normally I don’t like facial fur but for him I will make an exception.  You’re welcome.
