Now this is a perfect way to start our weekend: with some photos of the hot, naughty ginger Royal himself, Prince Harry. This isn`t just any appearance though. He is attending the Walking With The Wounded Everest 2012 Expedition at BAFTA. He does such wonderful work with the organization and while I don`t believe he will personally take part in the expedition, here`s what their website had to say about it:

to take five wounded servicemen to the 8,848m summit of Mount Everest. Climbing Everest is one of the world’s toughest challenges. To succeed, the climbers will have to overcome precipitous falls, hurricane force winds and treacherous snow-covered crevasses; their bodies will have to cope with chronic altitude sickness, immense fatigue and bitter cold.

The team that will partake in this task are the men seated with Prince Harry. You can read bios of these courageous men here. You should read the bios on each of them. It really is quite amazing their attitude and determination. It also describes the luxury item they are each bringing and what they will miss most during this expedition. I guess 'my bed' would not be allowed for the luxury item, huh?

One of the men doing this expedition, Karl Hinett (he's pictured standing with Prince Harry, the young man with a beard and mustache and gorgeous smile) says his luxury item will be a bottle of decent shampoo because Climbing the highest mountain in the world is still not an excuse to neglect your hair!” RIGHT? He gets it! He will miss his four huskies back home who are always happy to see him and have gone through his training with him. How can you not love a man who has four huskies?

She may be The Duchess of Cambridge but this week, she's also Queen of the Red Carpet.  Wearing a stunning strapless, fish-tailed, black velvet Alexander McQueen, the same designer of her wedding gown, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge joined her dashing husband Prince William at the A Night of Heroes awards ceremony, which honored the extraordinary service men and women of the British military, at the Imperial War Museum in London, UK on December 19.  Kate accessorized her gown with a diamond and ruby star-burst necklace and matching earrings, with Prada pumps and clutch.  However, her most precious accessory of the evening was her beloved Prince William who also donned his finest black-tie attire.  The delicately ruffled sweetheart neckline is very flattering on Kate, and I especially love seeing her wear her hair down which frames her beautiful face.  Diana would have been proud.  Kate, keep that flame burning!

From dirty Harry does Vegas to handsome Harry honors Heroes.  Cutting a dashing figure in his finest black-tie apparel and looking every part the prince, Harry was also in the house at the A Night of Heroes awards ceremony in London, UK on December 19.  Don't you think he looks like a young James Bond making his way through Monte Carlo Casino?  (Think about it, Harry.)  Just a few weeks earlier, the 27-year-old thrill-seeking royal rented a Harley-Davidson Softail Classic (top right) in November on his day off from his eight-week helicopter training course in Imperial Valley, Arizona and decided to ride to Las Vegas (with his security team in the distance).  Back home in London, Harry owns a Ducati 848.  But this isn't all about motorbikes.  This is about a young – girls take note, available – Prince who looks as good cruising the Nevada desert on a Harley in blue jeans as he does wearing a tux.  And for that reason, Harry earns not one, but two spots in this week's fashionista line-up.  And Harry dear if you're reading this, please take no offense to any metaphors.  (After all … what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.)  Just sayin'. 

Also attending the A Night of Heroes awards ceremony in London, UK on December 19 were British singer-songwriter, dancer, model and television personality, Alesha Dixon, 33 and British actress, Catherine Tyldesley, 28.  Alesha leaves them breathless in this stunning strapless, mermaid style blush gown with just a slight train.  The artistry of the gown is captured in a rich texture of organza sculpted into a three-dimensional rose-like floral and abstract design arrangement scattered throughout the dress.  Completing her look, Alesha wears her hair in soft waves swept over to the side to create an overall glam look, not to mention, a glimpse of her jeweled drop-style earrings.  Catherine also makes a breathtaking impact as she opted for a chic and sophisticated look in an alluring one-shoulder midnight blue gown and looked every bit a Grecian goddess with her hair swept up into a refined chignon showing off her sun-kissed shoulders and drop-style earrings.  Two very captivating looks on one very unforgettable evening. 

They don`t call her the Queen for nothing.  Queen Latifah, 41, ruled the VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul event at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City this past week, and heated up the December night when she wore a slim custom royal blue crepe George Chakra Fall 2011 gown with a one-shoulder, crystal embellished neckline, which probably had every paparazzi on their knees crying, "We are not worthy!"  For all you Queen Latifah fans, the Queen will be starring in the upcoming musical film, Joyful Noise, which is scheduled to hit theatres on January 13, 2012.  The film is about two strong-minded women who are forced to cooperate when budget cuts threaten to shut down a small town choir, and my guess is that Queen Latifah is one of those two strong-minded women.  By the way, did you know that Queen Latifah works out with a trainer and kick boxes?  That`s right … don`t mess with royalty.

This almost wraps up my first year of fashion commentating here at ineedmyfix.com.  I thank you all for your viewership and comments.  It`s been, at the very least, a pleasure and I look forward to next year.

Damn. It looks like I have to cancel my travel plans to Arizona. Prince Harry is in the United States for Apache helicopter training and is heading for Arizona after having been in California for the last four weeks.

It seems that the small town of Gila Bend is anticipating Prince Harry's arrival but the fathers are a little worried that their daughters might fall victim to the charms of the naughty, ginger royal. The town's mayor Ron Henry:

There are probably some fathers here in Gila Bend who would go to extremes to protect their daughters," Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we have some very pretty girls here," Mayor Henry admitted, adding of the hard-partying, playboy prince: "Some of the dads won't take too kindly to a Prince fornicating the night away and drinking into the small hours. It is a very quiet town with a lot of good Christian people. This isn't a party town. I would advise the Prince to take in the beautiful sights of the desert instead."

Mayor Ron is so naive. I'm sure the pretty girls of Gila Bend are as eager to have Prince Harry in their little town as he is to be there. In a  sleepy little town with nothing to do, isn't the only thing left to do is fornicate?

There is no denying that I find Prince Harry hot. He’s the ‘hot one’ as far as I’m concerned and yes I realize his ‘bad-boy’ image may have something to do with that. But, as these pictures show, there is also a very sweet side to him and you see it when he interacts with kids and dogs. That isn’t just for publicity’s sake, it’s just who Prince Harry is. And that’s hot. Sweet and saucy is a very hot combination in a man.

Hot Prince Harry can be seen here attending horse racing at Royal Ascot on the day of the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes in Surrey, England. He cleans up very well although I prefer his hair cropped closer to his sexy head.

Prince Harry and his brother Prince William (now officially known as the Duke of Cambridge)  square  off on their horses as they take part in the Sentebale Polo Cup at Coworth Park in England.

The event had Prince Harry playing for the Sentebale team while Prince William played for the Tusk Trust Team. Despite the downpour of rain the Princes played on and with good reason:  The event raises funds and awareness for the charity that Harry co-founded in 2006 to help disadvantaged youngsters in the Southern African country of Lesotho.

What I gleam from all of this, besides being charitable? Save a horse ride a Prince. And by prince I mean Prince Harry because Willy is married.

Britain's Prince William and Prince Harry

I guess it’s not an official offer, because they’d be fools to make it official. Like Prince William and his brother Prince Harry would ever consider it! But, Playgirl rep Daniel Nardicio told Life & Style.

“How much would we pay to see the ‘royal scepter’? I doubt we could afford it, but we’d definitely pay Prince William and Harry in the $500,000 range to pose for Playgirl.”

Um. that’s like chump change for the Royals and they have far more dignity than that.

What’s with the skin industry going after the Royals like this anyhow…. Pippa Middleton was offered $5 million for one scene in a porno….it’s really, really wrong. No respect.
