A couple of weeks ago, Renee Zellweger was living with her sexy man, Bradley Cooper at his place and she owned two NYC apartments, that were on the market.

Well, now Renee has moved out of Bradley’s thanks to their breakup and both of her apartments have sold…. to Leelee Sobieski.

According to The New York Times, Leelee signed a contract yesterday for the purchase of both of the Upper East Side apartments that are up on the second floor for just under $9 million. Deal!

The biggest unit has three bedrooms and three and a half baths.  The other one is a small one bedroom.

So what’s next for Renee?  She probably has a home or two elsewhere, right?

At least that’s how I feel after a crappy breakup.  Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper called it quits a couple of days ago.  Then yesterday, Renee was spotted in New York City at Le Pain Quotidien having lunch for one.  She came equipped with her iPhone and iPad. Do you think she was setting up her Match.com account?  Kidding! Like Renee needs to do that….

I do give her props for being out in public.  If I just lost Bradley Cooper, I’d be holed up in my house, in the dark, eating vats of ice cream in my sweats.

Another Hollywood romance has hit the skids. It is reported that Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper have split up after dating for less than 2 years. Isn’t that like 15 Hollywood years?

Bradley Cooper & Renee Zellweger Are Still Going Strong

Renee, 41 and Bradley, 36, met each other six years ago on the film set of Case 39 but didn’t get romantically involved until 2009.  Besides the same career, these two have another thing in common: short-lived marriages. Her to country crooner, Kenny Chesney and he to fellow actress Jennifer Esposito. They both lasted less than 6 months in their marriages.

Months before Renee and Bradley split, it looked like things were getting quite serious because not only did his parents seem to really approve of Renee, the two reportedly moved in together last fall.

But this is Hollywood and it seems next to impossible to have a long-term relationship. Why should these two be any different?

Bridget Jones’ creator Helen Fielding has begun writing the third installment of the best-selling books and I couldn’t be more thrilled.  Did you read the books?  Did you watch the first two movies?  I adore the movies.  Colin Firth, Renee Zellweger, and Hugh Grant are one of the best movie trios ever and the thought of a third one makes me do the happy dance.

Fielding confirmed,

“I will be working on both the book and the film but I don’t know if they are the same thing yet. It’s not been decided.”

So what’s in store for this third movie/book?  Bridget will be having a mid-thirties baby crisis. That sounds about right.  I can’t wait!  I can only imagine the fun this one will be.

Renee Zellweger Gives Up on New York City

In case you are wondering if the original cast will return, I think it’s a given.  Firth said,

“I think the idea of Mark and Daniel and Bridget in advanced stages of deterioration could be quite fun. We’re making a comedy, after all.”

I couldn’t agree more and I know this one will be another smash hit.

Renee Zellweger is planning on spending a lot more time on the west coast.  So much more that she’s selling her New York CIty apartments because that’s how little she’ll be needing them!

Bradley Cooper & Abbie Cornish Film ‘The Dark Fields’

Renee is selling two adjacent properties on Manhattan’s posh Upper East Side for the reasonable price of $9 million.  There is a combined 5,000 square feet of living space between the two apartments that anyone knows is huge in NYC.  I think $9 mil is a bargain!

So what’s on west coast?  Hmmmm, could it be Bradley Cooper?  I’d move anywhere for that hunk of burnin’ love too!  And when you’re a star, California is a great place to live, everything is at your fingertips, making for a lot less traveling.

Kenny Chesney just gave his fans a huge surprise.  He’s doing a tour with the Zac Brown Band!  I am not a real big fan of Kenny, I became completely annoyed by him when the whole Renee Zellweger debacle went down.  Anyhow, I think the Zac Brown Band is amazing, so that makes this tour worth checking out!  Billy Currington and Uncle Kracker will be their “guest appearances” for the the tour.  Convinced yet?

An Evening With Women: Celebrating Art, Music and Equality included performances by Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart doing Barracuda, and some songs from their new album Red Velvet Car.

Pink showed off her ‘new f*cking haircut‘ and performed What’s Up with mentor/friend Linda Perry who also happened to be the event chairperson.  Pink spent some time on the red carpet cupping husband Carey Hart’s junk. Who can blame her? I’ve included all of those pictures because I know you would want to see them.  :)  Carey cut his hair short and I must say looks very hawt!

Gina Gershon hosted and Sarah Silverman did some stand up that left everyone in hysterics.

All in all a great time that was to benefit the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center which included a silent auction.  A Vespa that Pink posed on was auctioned off for $12,000. The lucky bidder who won got to pose with Pink and the Vespa.

Renee Zellweger also attended.  Linda Perry said of her:  “so f*cking cool … I can’t even believe she’s an Oscar winner.”

Also attending the event:  Kat Von D, AnnaLynne McCord, Devon Aoki, and Brent Bolthouse.

Bradley Cooper seems to be getting his exercise quota by running like the wind and doing some squats on the set of his latest movie The Dark Fields which also stars Abbie Cornish.

He plays Eddie Spinola in this thriller about:

An intellectual slacker and former cocaine addict, now eking out a living as a copywriter for a small publishing house

Abbie Cornish is also seen on the set of the film (gee, I feel like I’m repeating myself here) and although Robert DeNiro stars in the film he isn’t pictured in this set. Bradley’s girlfriend Renee Zellweger visited Bradley on the set.
