Thursday night Russell Brand performed at the ComedySportz Theatre in Hollywood where Digital Spy is reporting he told the crowd:

 "I'm disenchanted and disillusioned with fame. Because it is meaningless and has no value – and I started to realize that and wanted to do something valuable and truthful.

"Because the only thing we have is each other and our connection to each other and we are constantly being distracted from that."

His goal is to do more valuable things such as:

campaigning for issues including child labor and the US prison system.

He had to take time out of the show to take medication for a migraine he was suffering (we have SO much in common…the migraines not the shows). Despite all that, Russell is looking VERY happy as he is seen leaving his yoga class in Los Angeles. If ever I have the opportunity to make dirty dirty monkey sex with this Brit I'm going to make sure he washes his feet REAL GOOD.

Russell Brand and Julianne Hough are teaming up again (they are currently working on Rock of Ages together) to star in Diablo Cody's (Juno, United States of Tara) directorial debut in a film that previously was called Lamb of God. I love, love, LOVE everything Diablo Cody's done. This is one fierce and talented woman who is going to be around for years.

This fabulous news has been confirmed by the man who will be producing the film, Mason Novick. The Mandate Pictures film will also see Diablo in the writer's seat (she is an incredible writer) as well as being one of the executive producers.

According to EW Julianne Hough plays a woman who questions her religious beliefs after being involved in a plane crash and living to tell about it and decides to head on over to Las Vegas for a life of sin. Along the way she meets Russell Brand's character who helps her find her way. I would pay to have Russell Brand help me find my way.

As this is in the very early stages of pre-production no word yet on when it will be released but you can be rest-assured we will be giving you the scoop because my lust for Russell Brand has only just begun.

Sexy brit bad boy Russell Brand is in Las Vegas filming his latest film ‘Get Him To The Greek’ along with Sean P. Diddy Combs.  Russell plays Aldous Snow in a film described as:

A record company intern (Hill) is hired to accompany out-of-control British rock star Aldous Snow (Brand) to a concert at L.A.’s Greek Theater.

The film also stars Jonah Hill with P. Diddy playing the part of ‘Sergio’.   Christina Aguilera and Pink are also in the film.
