Jesse James Issues Apology, Still Wears Wedding Band

Jesse James went right to People magazine and issued a public apology to Sandra Bullock and his children for the allegations he cheated with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee for the past 11 months with 5 of them being sexual:

The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment.

There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.

“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”

He is seen today after having dropped the kids off at school and is still wearing his wedding band. He was not happy to see the paparazzi and when they asked about his alleged affair, apparently he bowed his head and rushed to his car. My heart goes out to both Sandra and the kids.

Unless Sandra Bullock speaks out, or an actual split is announced, I do not think I will be writing about this anymore. I may, however, link to other sites about it when I do my link posts.

Did Jesse James Cheat on Sandra Bullock?

It really breaks my heart to write this because I totally love Sandra Bullock, but In Touch is featuring on their front page a woman that claims she and Sandra’s husband, Jesse James have been having an affair for the last 11 months.

On top of this, Sandra has pulled out of the U.K. premiere of The Blind Side and Jesse James’ Twitter account doesn’t exist anymore. This doesn’t look good.

I’m not passing judgment because ultimately this is private between Sandra Bullock and Jesse James, but if this is true my heart truly goes out to Sandra. If it is true, he needs to get himself to a shrink pronto because dude would have to be nuts to betray a diamond like Sandra. Sandra is perfection.

I’ve learnt from painful mistakes about the pressure in the store to pay exorbitant amounts for stuff that isn’t right, and five years later it’s still in your closet with the tag on it. I have $900 guilt shoes. I’m thinking about putting them on a shelf with a spotlight on them to remind me about such mistakes.”

…..on why she doesn’t like to shop…who doesn’t have stuff with tags still on it…hmmmm..hope my husband isn’t reading this

Sandra Bullock Has Big Plans For Her Oscar

Sandra Bullock keeps it real the day after her Oscar win by shopping for toys at their local store Knock, Knock in Seal Beach with step-daughters Sunny James and Chandler James. She’s looking forward to living a normal life now that the Oscars are over:

“It’s really hard for it so sink in. Now I can go days without wearing make-up, eating cheese burgers, get back to my life walking the dogs and doing the things everybody else does.

“There’s a sense of relief. Now I can look back and think, ‘Wow, this is a little piece of history.’ I’m glad I got to share this time and exhilaration with extraordinarily beautiful and talented women.

And what does she want to do with her Oscar?

“I’m going to have Jesse weld the Oscar to the hood of the car.

“It will be there to remind me as I do the school and grocery runs. I’m taking my award food shopping. More people will see it.”

Now that cracks me up! If there is anyone who could pull that off, it would be Sandra. You know, the more I read about Sandra Bullock the more I love her. She is so genuine as is her husband, Jesse James. And their relationship is a very beautiful thing. And Jesse couldn’t be more proud of his amazing wife:

“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to support my wife and her work. She does it all the time for me. She goes to Mexico, to the desert, to the hospital – a lot – to support me and my work. The least I can do is put on a suit and support her.

“She’s beautiful. She’s amazing. She takes my breath away. Sometimes I look at her and I do, I just lose my breath.

“I’m so proud of her. Nobody deserves this more and works harder. She’s old-school Hollywood – just gracious and a star who’s so much better than you expect them to be.”

‘She takes my breath away‘. Can. you. believe. that? How beautiful is that? You just know these two are going to be together forever!

2010 Oscars – The Winners

Kathryn Bigelow made Oscar history by being the first woman to win a Best Director Award. I was thrilled for this win but also kind of thought ‘hey it’s 2010’. Mind you I don’t know that there are a lot of women directors out there. I thought it was interesting that Barbra Streisand presented the award considering she was snubbed years ago in the director category. I loved when upon announcing the winner Barbara said ‘It’s about time’ (or something to that effect).

I don’t think there were any major surprises because all of the winners were already heavily predicted to win.

Although the buzz was that Kathryn Bigelow would win for Best Director I was a bit surprised The Hurt Locker won for best picture. Not because I didn’t think it would or should, but because the buzz seemed to be surrounding Avatar.

Of all the Oscar speeches I have to say Jeff Bridges, Mo’Nique and Sandra Bullock’s were the most moving. Even Sandra’s husband Jesse James was moved to tears.

Lots of other random people were in the press room with the winners. There are a few pictures of Gerard Butler who seemed to really be enjoying being back there. There is one of him and Bradley Cooper sandwiched in amongst some winners.
