This weekend, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish went out to a movie together.  It looked like the supposed divorcees were having a nice date and quite possibly working things out.

There hasn’t been any word of the divorce papers being withdrawn, but they still have plenty of time.  They filed in October and have that six month waiting period before it can be finalized.

I guess that Billy and Tish are giving a great example of why this “rule” exists.  If judges granted divorces as soon as they were filed, no one would ever reconcile.

I now believe in the rule.

As part of her holiday fun, Miley and her little sister Noah rocked out on the karaoke machine, singing”Can’t Be Tamed” together.

Their big sister Brandi spilled the beans on Twitter,

“Miley and noah are currently singing “can’t be tamed” on noah’s new karaoke machine.  It’s pretty hilarious.  My Mom is videoing … maybe if you’re lucky i’ll snag it and upload.”

Miley announced her plans for the upcoming 2011… which is only 5 days away,

“I want to make this the year that I go out and do what I’m here to do, and that’s to help people and make people happy.”

Well…. that sounds like a very nice plan.  Miley… if you stay away from the booze and salvia, a lot of people will be very happy indeed.  I’m just sayin’….

Miley Cyrus and her bonging incident isn’t phasing her in the least.  Girl is carrying on with life like it’s no big deal.  She’s filming a movie right now and on set, she’s acting like everything is normal… which I think it really is.  By the way, her momma, Tish Cyrus is a producer.  Hmmm.  Interesting.

Then today Miss Miley showed her southern butt up yesterday at the Saints game and met the head coach, Sean Peyton.  (She’s down there to shoot her movie.)  Not normal behavior for girls trying to hide their shame.  Guess what?  Miley does’t have any.

Why?  Perhaps because she’s just another 18 year old girl who’s doing what she wants, when she wants.  Is it okay?  Yes and no.  Miley is in a spotlight, influencing millions of kids who really adore her.  Will there be kids trying out weed and or salvia now because of Miley’s bonging night?  Most definitely yes.

Perhaps it’s time for Miley to have a no camera rule at the house parties she throws/attends?

Well, technically Miley Cyrus won’t be the ripe age of 18 until tomorrow, November 23. But that hasn’t stopped her from celebrating the milestone in advance.  After last night’s AMAs where she gave a less the pleasant sounding performance of ‘Love and Forgiveness‘, she headed to Trousdale for a huge party in her honor.  And that’s not the only celebration she’ll be enjoying:

Her mom Tish was her date to the party but she did end up have a little make out session with Avan Jogia from ‘Victorious’ on Nick.  No, he’s not her boyfriend, just boy toy.  Miley is having is having fun and playing the field a bit.  I think she should stay single for awhile. No need to jump into another relationship!

Some of the party guests in attendance were: Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Rumer Willis, Kelly Osbourne, Kyle Massey, Mark Salling and Chord Overstreet.  Amazing that her daddy, Billy Ray Cyrus somehow couldn’t make it.

Miley Cyrus will still be performing at the 2010 AMAs tonight, so don’t get your panties in a bunch y’all.   She just had to make a last minute change to her song choice since singing ‘Every Rose Has It’s Thorn‘ seemed a tad morbid since Bret Michaels alleged affair with her mom, Tish Cyrus.

Instead, Miley is going a completely different route, sending out a pretty obvious message singing, ‘Love and Forgiveness‘ on live television.

I am sure that with Thanksgiving only days away and her 18th birthday on Tuesday, Miley is feeling the emotional pressure to find peace with her parents split and maybe even giving in to some hope of reconciliation.

Billy Ray Cyrus has got his panties in a bunch y’all.  Miley Cyrus‘ daddy is divorcing her mama, Tish Cyrus for allegedly sleeping with Bret Michaels.

Well, of course everyone wants to hear Billy Ray’s side of things.  So he went on the “Woody & The Wake-Up Call” show on WCOL in Nashville to do an interview with Woody Johnson.

When he was asked about the whole divorce issue, Billy snapped!  He walked out of the interview, saying he was, “very rude” … and that he “should be disgusted.”  Billy did not want to talk about it, at all.
