It's Monday, and we all know how much that sucks so we've declared today Monday Mansicle day. Kicking off the week is our favorite werewolf from True Blood, Joseph Manganiello. He's covering the May/June 2012 issue of Essential Homme Magazine in an over-the-top cover that includes some lucky lady on his shoulders wrapping her gorgeous legs around him. The shots inside the magazine are equally steamy and makes the June 10th premiere of the show seem like it's months away.

This 6'5" hunk of man can't wait to be married and be a father. This man is the closest thing to perfect in Hollywood:

New mom Charlize Theron got glammed up to attend last night's 2012 Human Right's Campaign gala in Los Angeles looking more beautiful than she normally does. The 36 year old glamazon spoke with Ryan Seacrest on Friday about her 4 month old baby Jackson and swaddling:

“Everyone’s just been so lovely — it’s been really nice.”

“I didn’t think I would be a fan of the swaddling, but the swaddling’s pretty amazing,” she says.

“It sort of looks a bit like a straitjacket — you’re like, ‘Is this child abuse?’ — but for some reason they just love it.”

Also attending last night's event was True Blood hottie Joe Manganiello, Chelsea Handler (seriously what the hell is with those boots), Ross Matthews and more.

Bestill my vampire-loving heart. If you don't want to learn more about Season 5 of True Blood I suggest you not read the rest of this post. Rumors are rampant that former Law & Order: SVU hot man-piece Christopher Meloni is in talks to join True Blood in season 5 in a MAJOR way.  MAJOR. WAY. I just peed a little. That's something I can sink my teeth into. Get it? The talk is he will be a very powerful vampire. Sweet loving jesus this is probably the best news in TV land I have heard in a very long time.

Please tell me this is going to happen. I mean who doesn't LOVE True Blood, right? Just when you thought the show was jam-packed with delicious man-meat we are getting word that Christopher Meloni could be joining! I really don't know if I can post much more today I am so deliriously happy. TRUE BLOOD = NUDITY = CHRISTOPHER MELONI possibly NUDE.

Do you watch True Blood? Would you watch it (if you don't now) because Christopher would join? Sigh.

I believe I may actually be dead and am typing this from my house in heaven. True Blood's Alexander Skarsgard covers the latest issue of Out Magazine where he talks sex, nudity, violence and his love for his country Sweden. After reading the interview I now love Sweden and I've never been there. But if it produced a decent hottie like him who is so at ease with his sexuality it's a great thing in my books:

"I'm not a prude," Skarsgård said. "I'm from Sweden, and it's different there. If it makes sense, I'll do nudity, and it's made sense every single time I'm naked on the show. And I love to be naked. It's kind of liberating."

He's always surprised by how people are so ill-at-ease with sex and nudity:

"That always strikes me as weird because parents in the States freak out if their kids see a nipple or a butt cheek, but at the same time they're OK with their kids watching people bash each other's heads in with baseball bats," he says. Skarsgård should know; there were few eyelashes batted at his ultra-violent remake of "Straw Dogs," but his abs are a constant source of conversation. "I notice in interviews in the U.S. all people want to talk about is nudity. You have a half-hour interview, and you spend 25 minutes talking about the nude scenes, and of course, if it makes sense as a scene, I'll do it."

I have to agree with him on that. Nudity and sex are a beautiful thing whereas violence really has zero redeeming qualities. I just wish they showed frontal nudity on men in film and TV. It's about time we leveled the playing field in the nudity department.

True Blood's Joe Managaniello visited Mario Lopez (who must have just hated his job yesterday having to stand beside that God of a man) at The Grove yesterday looking finger lickin' good. Those thighs, that entire body, that face it's quite the sight for first thing Saturday morning. This 6'5" hunk of man-meat turns 35 on December 28th and was ranked #1 in Men's Health Magazine as having the best summer body of 2011. I concur. 

Don't forget Joe is also going to be playing Big Dick Richie in Magic Mike in 2012. That movie is currently filming and is loosely based on Channing Tatum's career as a stripper. Only very good things could possibly come out of a film about strippers and Joe having a character named Big Dick Richie.

I may have to become a nun as a way of thanking gawd for this. True Blood’s Joe Manganiello is very close to signing on to the stripper biopic Magic Mike we told you about earlier today that currently has: Alex Pettyfer, Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey and Matt Bomer on board.

Joe will play….excuse me I have to take a deep breath and stop quivering: Big Dick Richie. Mommy likes. I hope we get to see proof. It is a stripper movie after all, yes?

According to EW (who are my heroes for breaking this exclusive):

The movie will mark a reunion, of sorts, for Manganiello and Bomer – two former school chums who just worked together on an episode of White Collar. The True Blood werewolf shed the extra hair to play a villain on the USA drama. His episode will air when the series returns in January.

Who’s next? Jason Statham? Gerard Butler? Please yes.

True Blood has been renewed for a fifth season thanks to the obviously smart suits at HBO.  Twelve more episodes have been ordered (thank you jesus) and that means another season of nudity and vampire sex.  Allan Ball says of the decision:

“I remain amazed and delighted by the enthusiasm of our viewers,” “I can’t imagine having more fun than this.”

Nor can we. Did you watch Sunday’s episode? Did you see all the sex Snooki and Eric had? It was very tender and erotic. Who would ever imagine that from Eric, especially given earlier seasons’ sex scenes where we witnessed him having rough sex (as did Snooki). Not that there is anything wrong with that *cough*.

Season 4 ends on September 11 and the show is proving to be even more popular than last season up 6% to 5.4 million viewers.

Do you watch? Prior to season 4 my husband and I did a marathon of seasons 1-3 and I have to admit  that the first two shows I was like ‘why is this so popular’. I would never have thought it would have taken place in the South. But if you stick with it, it is WORTH it! What a great show.

True Blood’s sexy shifter Sam Trammell 42, and his girlfriend Missy Yager 43, welcomed twin boys on August 9th Life and Style is reporting. A source revealed:

“The couple is very happy that everything went smoothly,”

The two have been together for about 8 years after meeting in New York on Broadway and this is the first children for both of them.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
