R&B hottie, Usher's ex Tameka Foster, is waging war against the singer by not only claiming he is violating their many provisions in their custody agreement she is asking for a drug test because she feels he gets high. Usher has REFUSED a drug test. Does that mean he's guilty, or is he just not giving in to her crazy demands? She feels that he was 'in delirium' during a January concert in Germany in which he acted in a strange manner onstage and was unable to sing. His reps said he was ill at the time. Tameka charges back:

“I dated him . . . when he’s had a very serious throat condition and he still performs like a champ,” she said. “ I really feel strongly that something was going on there, and it wasn’t, ‘Oh I have laryngitis.’ ”

She made a further claim in the deposition: “I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?”

This all started back in January when Usher filed for sole custody of their two sons Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 2 after Tameka refused to let him take them on his world tour.

In addition to the drug test request, she's claiming that he didn't allow her to see the boys last Christmas and that he owes $34,000 in nanny fees. 

Usher's court documents refusing the drug test claim that Tameka's allegations are: “frivolous and unfounded,” and intended to “harass and embarrass” the singer.

These two are no stranger to drama as the rumors of their tumultuous relationship are legend.

Last night the stars came out to attend the Decade of Difference 10th Anniversary Gala of the William J. Clinton Foundation where the likes of  Lady GaGa and Usher took to the stage to honor President Clinton.

Usher ripped his pants during his performance but unfortunately it didn't reveal any wardrobe malfunction of a penis kind. 

But then there's Lady GaGa who performed for him and afterwards said to Clinton while on stage:

“If someone had told me so many years ago that I’d be doing that right in front of you, I just would not have believed them. I would have given them a good American 'fuck you.'”

That's keeping it classy Lady GaGa.

Taylor Swift is on her tour now which saw her perform in Atlanta, Georgia and she had an extra-special surprise for the audience: she brought Usher out on stage to perform 'Yeah'.

And if that wasn't amazing enough he then brought his two little sons out on stage as well. and tweeted about the moment as did Taylor who was pretty stoked for the moment:

Weird headline right?  Well, everyone is talking about it!  But it’s not that Usher is interested in Pippa Middleton or anything.  He wants her professionally. As in representing a new lingerie line.

Confirmed – Pippa Middleton is Single

“I don’t think there’s a more beautiful, more stunning, more talked-about woman in the world at the moment.  I’m going to be approaching her in the next few weeks and setting up a meeting this summer.  The great thing about her is that she would be a global brand. Everybody knows her now, she would be perfect,” he tells Britain’s Look magazine.  “I am sure everybody is trying to sign her up and she won’t be cheap, but she has the looks and the popularity to really establish a new product.”

I am pretty sure that Pippa’s ass was a major highlight of the royal wedding so, she’d definitely help him sell some undies.  What do you think?  Will she say yes?

This year’s 53rd Annual Grammy Award fashion on the red carpet left me thinking, “where do I begin?”  So let’s get the bad news out of the way first.

Lady Gaga.   She shocked me alright.  I was expecting some hair raising number when she was “hatched”.

With the exception of the horns spurting from her forehead, the rest of her was subdued compared to what we’ve seen in the past.  (But then, I didn’t see her later on in the night.)  Nevertheless, you have to give the Lady credit as she continues to amaze us and gives new meaning to the idea of re-inventing oneself.

Jaw-dropping moment goes to Nicki Minaj. I don’t get it and quite frankly, I don’t want to.  But as long as she does, that’s all that matters.

And guys, please!  Adam Levine, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, while we don’t expect tuxes, do pay attention to your footwear.

Rihanna gets marks for the most talked-about dress on the red carpet turning heads as they tried to see if they could catch a glimpse of her lady parts.

Belle of the ball honours go to Selena Gomez who doesn’t need to be nominated for anything, as she already is an award in this J. Mendel gown.  A great sense of style at such a young age.  And speaking of youth, Kelly Osbourne is another breath of fresh air in a delightful girly lavender frock by Tadashi Shoji, which reminds us that spring is around the corner.  Thank you, Kelly!

All that glitters really does for Jennifer Lopez and Mya as they light up the red carpet in a parade of metallics and golds.

Let’s not forget some eye candy for the ladies, as dashing men Matthew Morrison and LL Cool J. are hitting all the right notes.

Song bird Jewel shows off her baby bump in demure canary yellow Pamela Roland.   Pregnancy really does make a woman glow.  Another great stylish Hollywood mommy-to-be.

Best dressed couple:  I declare a tie!  While Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Lopez looked ravishing, respective hubbies Keith Urban and Marc Anthony are their best accessories.

The most memorable moment of the night goes to Katy Perry. While perched on a swing singing “Not Like the Movies”, film footage of her wedding played in the background.  Not only was she beautiful in her live short frock, but even more so in her Elie Saab bridal gown.

It was a who’s who of Hollywood and their kids last night at Justin Bieber’s Los Angeles premiere of Never Say Never. His girlfriend Selena Gomez attended as did his mother but those two were a given, no?

And although they are not ‘official’ in their relationship he did say to People about her:

“It’s great.” He then added: “She’s a great person. And as long as you keep yourself surrounded by good people, you’ll go far.”

Usher is not only sexy hot and talented, but he’s got a great sense of humour. Case in point: that accidental kick in the face during his concert the other day wasn’t a big deal as it’s a hazard of the job:

“In all my years, this is one of the most interesting experiences. I got a kick out of it!” he tells UsMagazine.com exclusively. “It looked worse than it actually was. My audience and I got a good laugh.

The poor girl was mortified and apologizing all over the place and hugging the hot piece of man meat. But Usher has a message for that girl:

“Wherever you are baby, don’t feel bad,” Usher says. “No hard feelings.”

Oh damn. Imagine having Usher call you baby? And you just know he says it with that sexy smile of his. Lucky girl.
