When I first read that Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 18,  was in talks for a reality show, it made me wonder if those scandalous stories of her cocaine use, and sex tapes was just hype to get the interest going, or did the reality show gods see potential for interest because of the scandalous rumours? In Hollywood one never knows, oui?

Radar Online is reporting she Tweeted earlier today:

“PS EVERYONE ! Guess what ?! _ we are currently in the process of meetings about starting my very OWN! RealityShow!!”

Am I the only one that thinks this may not be a good idea? She goes on to Tweet:

the world needs 2know me 4who I REALLY am_ U all will get 2see my everyday living_ walk with me thro startin my career. . EVERYTHING,”

“I would only want to do this reality show so THEWORLD can know me for me. The GodFearing_Young classy_outgoing_silly_ REAL women iAm.

On the one hand she has a point: you will see the real her. However, even reality shows are edited and we all know drama and scandal sells. It’s sad, but true.

I’m not sure what her career is whether it be singing or acting, but I’m sure it’s show business on some level. It’s not like she’s going into gynecology or anything like that.

What do you think? Should she pass up the opportunity or go for it?

Janet Jackson will open the American Music Awards with a special medley and Whitney Houston will perform for the first time in 10 years singing her single ‘I Didn’t Know My Own Strength’ and also be presented with the International Artist Award. Whitney has won 21 AMA’s over the course of her musical career.

AMA producer Larry Klein:

“We’re honoured to have Whitney Houston back on the AMA stage after 10 years.  ”She has won the most AMAs of any female artist in history and is without a doubt an international superstar so it’s only fitting we honour her with the International Artist Award this year at such an important time in her career.”

Other celebrities set to perform include Rihanna, Shakira, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez and the Black Eyed Peas. The awards will air on November 22 at 8/7 c.

What a line up, huh?  They are all on the German show ‘Wetten Dass…? (which means Wanna Bet?).  The show is  incredible because they have top celebrities on (sometimes several at one time) and can get them to do all sorts of things which is the betting part for sure, lol.  Sometimes my brilliance really shines through, no?

Whitney Houston, Tokio Hotel and our Canadian girl Nelly Furtado all performed (seperately) on the show!.  They seem in awe of the hair of Tokio Hotel’s Bill Kaulitz and quite frankly I am too.  Is it a wig?  With naturally curly hair I have a very difficult time making it straight, I have to wonder how long it takes him to do his hair like that?
