I don’t know why, but when I read this it cracked me up.  The bromance between Matt Damon and Ben Affleck may have slowed down a bit, but Matt Damon is taking measures to spend more time with his BFF and their families:

“Ben and I both feel we are through a 10-year phase of our lives when we were very focused on our careers,” but maybe we’ll slow down a little and do more stuff together, and have time with our families because that’s a wonderful kind of new facet to our lives.”

Could there be two hotter friends?  Matt Damon has three children (Alexia 10, Isabella, three, and 15-month-old Gia) with wife Luciana and Ben Affleck has two daughters (Violet, three, and 10-month-old Seraphina) with Jennifer Garner.

Ben has been directing more these days than acting, and it’s something Matt is considering doing:

“Directing is something I really want to do,” he told Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper. “But the parts I’m getting now and the directors and producers I’m working with are so great that I’m not in any hurry.”

The photo of Matt and Ben is from a poker tournament for charity earlier this year.  I chose it because Matt looks hot in his jeans.

The excitement of today is almost unbearable.  Ben Affleck with a buzzed haircut is seen filming scenes for his movie ‘The Town’ that is currently filming in Boston.

He serves as writer, director and star of this movie that isn’t going to be released until September, 2010.  Patience is not one of my best qualities.  Especially when it involves some hot manmeat.

Blake Lively and Jon Hamm also star in this movie!

Time to hop on a flight to Boston and fake an illness.  Ben Affleck is on location dressed as a paramedic filming  ‘The Town‘.  The movie is a suspense/drama/thriller/romance with this plot:

As he plans his next job, a longtime thief tries to balance his feelings for a bank manager connected to one of his earlier heists, as well as the FBI agent looking to bring him and his crew down

All I can say is Jennifer Garner is one lucky beotch for being able to hit ‘that’ on a regular basis.  I think he gets much hotter as he gets older.  Boston here I come!

I wish there was a better picture with both of them looking at the camera, but clearly Ben Affleck is bent on whispering in his boo’s ear instead.  :)

BFF’s Matt Damon and Ben Affleck reunite for the 3rd Annual Ante Up For Africa No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament  that began yesterday afternoon in Las Vegas.  It’s nice to see these two together again and I’m going to point out the obvious, and what I know you’re thinking:  Matt Damon is looking mighty hot, yes?

The annual event was hosted by poker star Annie Duke and actor Don Cheadle at the Rio Hotel in Vegas.  The event will be aired August 11, 2009, 8-10 pm E.T. on ESPN.  All players are being asked to donate half of their winnings to Enough and Refugees International.  These organizations are helping the citizens of Darfur and Sudan as they enter their 6th year of dire crisis.  The Ante Up for Africa site can be accessed here
