Last night my husband and I watched the first three episodes of HBO’s Hung  and well, I’m a fan.  Surprised?    In case you haven’t seen it, Thomas Jane plays the lead character and his ‘gift’ is the title of the show.   He prances around nude in the show A LOT.  Not frontal, but still quite lovely.

He and his costars on the show, Anne Heche and Jane Adams took part in the 2009 Cable’s Summer Press Tour.  If Jane Adams married Thomas Jane her name would be Jane Jane.  That sounded funnier in my head.

Anne Heche’s man (and former co-star from Men in Trees, a show I freakin miss so badly) James Tupper, and their new baby and her son with her ex-husband were also there (the baby is adorable), along with:

Even though the celebrities that win know ahead of time that they’ve won, this is a pretty fun awards show.  And one that doesn’t go on until past midnight.  They don’t have those categories that people tend to not want to hear about and the awards are chosen by the public who really are the reason celebrities are celebrities in the first place, no?

I loved seeing Ellen DeGeneres and thought it was funny when she thanked her roommate Portia DeRossi.  They look so happy together!!

Have you had a chance to watch the new sitcom ‘Gary Unmarried’?  If you haven’t you really should check it out.  It  stars Jay Mohr, Paula Marshall (my girl crush), Jaime King and Ed Begley Jr.  The two that play the children on the show are excellent!!!  It really is a very funny show.

And Dancing With The Stars won as Best Reality Show!!!  Brooke Burke looked beautiful didn’t she?

It was fitting and beautiful to end the show with Dark Knight as Favourite Movie.

The stars of CBS’ comedies came out to celebrate the kick off of the new season which begins on Monday.

I LOVE this time of year with the new shows premiering.  Don’t get me wrong summer is great but TV watching is dull.

I love the comedies that CBS has:  Big Bang Theory (excellent show), How I Met Your Mother (excellent show and they must have Britney Spears back on A LOT), Two and a Half Men (funny show) and the New Adventures of Old Christine (fabulous show).
