Fox has just released a terrific poster and two video character profiles for their new drama series, Touch. The pilot is set to debut this Wednesday January 25 at 9 PM ET. The series stars Keifer Sutherland  as Martin Brohm (but we knew that didn’t we, Fearless Leader?), a father who doesn't know how to relate to his son Jake (David Mazouz), but discovers his autistic, mute son can actually predict events before they happen with a profound ability to discover connections most people can't see.

I love the poster (even if it is an odd photo of Keifer) and especially the tagline “The World is connected.  But only his son sees how.” It’s filled with images that I can guess that we’ll come to realize the significance of throughout the course of the season.  It seems like is putting a lot behind the show and I hope that they give it a fighting chance. I’m willing to wager that a show like this will take time to build an audience.

Touch also stars Danny Glover, Gugu Mbatha-Raw,  Karen Shenaz, David de Lautour, Judy Echavez, Massi Furlan, Shak Ghacha, Nick Hodaly and Wesam. Written by Tim Kring (Crossing Jordan, Heroes), the pilot is directed by Francis Lawrence (Constantine, I am Legend).
