Jennifer Lopez’s ex Ojani Noa found himself a loop hole in publishing (read: SELLING) the sex tape they allegedly made during their honeymoon. What a very sentimental douchebag, yes?

The loophole was he sold it to his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez and she’s the one selling it. It’s always nice when two douchebags hook up isn’t it? This chick deserves him because if he does this to his ex-wife, there’s no telling what he’ll do to her.

The tape was filmed in 1997 and TMZ points out it features some spankin’ and some booty. There are three porn companies involved in the bidding war: Red Light District, YouPorn.com, and PornHub.com. The bids are around the $40K mark which is low. The reason it’s low? There’s no actual sex.

Lopez 41, has been trying to block the release of the film because under their divorce agreement he was not to publicly discuss (in any form) their marriage. I love me some JLo and she never should be embarrassed or ashamed of anything. She is the whole package in my eyes and she should be happy she’s left that dirtbag in her dust. He and his new girlfriend deserve one another.

Jennifer Lopez’s Ex Wins: He Can Release Intimate Home Video

Jennifer Lopez must be very unhappy today. It seems her ex, Ojani Noa has found a loophole in their confidentiality agreement from the split of their short-lived marriage in which he was never to speak about her publicly.

That law did not apply to him selling a video tape showing personal moments with Lopez to his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez who is doing the publishing of said tape.

No word on what the tape contains other than personal moments in their marriage. That is not to suggest it’s sexual although I know a lot of people will be hoping for that.

Ed Meyer who is head of this ‘project’ says:

Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer. The project will deal with JLo’s rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani. Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon.”

The ruling goes states:

“Vazquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez’s attempts at enforcing the Injunction against her.

“Vazquez argues that Lopez, on the other hand, will suffer no harm if Vazquez’s preliminary injunction is granted. Lopez puts forth no arguments contradicting those of Vazquez and, in fact, fails to address this element of the preliminary injunction test altogether. As a result, the Court finds that the balance of the equities weighs in favor of Vazquez.

On the one hand we all want to see this, but on the other hand her ex is a douchebag for doing this when they had an agreement and his girlfriend is no better for being part of this. His move for the ‘loophole’ tells volumes about his character. Let’s be real: he would have received beaucoup bucks form Lopez by signing that confidentiality agreement but it wasn’t enough.

Is it me or is the timing of this interesting? This announcement was made just days after American Idol ended.

Today Jennifer Lopez released her new album, LOVE? and yesterday she got the buzz really going by releasing her music video for I’m Into You from the album.  This video does a great job of encompassing the sizzle that is this album.  J. Lo has stepped up her game once again.  I love it.

Last week the judges on American Idol used their only save of the season on Casey Abrams when he received the lowest number of votes.  It was shocking to see him in the bottom three, much less the one to have been given his walking papers.  So it wasn’t that much of a surprise to see the judges use the save on him.  But, seeing how early in the game it is, the choice was seen as a bit crazy by a lot of people.

So Jennifer Lopez talked to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show to explain why they did it.

“We knew that it was kind of a radical decision because it was so early in the season, but to be quite honest…that is one decision that I haven’t lost one ounce of sleep over.  [Casey] is one of our most dynamic performers. He’s so interesting and so talented,” Lopez told Seacrest. “I know it’s crazy, but we had to do it!  Now it’s up to America. I really feel we put 11 amazing contestants in front of them, and now it’s [about] who their favorite is, who’s going to be their American Idol.  I didn’t realize I was going to fall in love with the contestants the way I have and feel for them the way I do…[but] I feel good putting [the voting] in [viewers'] hands.”

So will Casey survive tonight’s double elimination?  Or will America stand firm on their choice from a week ago?  Tune in tonight to find out!

With 11 contestants left, the judges on last night’s American Idol used the one save for Casey Abrams who was unbelievably voted off in the elimination round. He was in the bottom two with Stefano Langone.

So enamored with Casey, the judges didn’t even make him sing for his supper. Randy Jackson cut him off as he was beginning his song, Ray Charles’ I Don’t Need No Doctor,  and said:

We know who you are, Casey,” . “We don’t need to hear you sing anymore, do we Steven?”

Said judge Steven Tyler: “Yeah, this is crazy wrong — we made a decision here to keep you on.”

Casey looked like he was going to pass out from shock he was so floored by the move.  I think he was swearing a bit (out of shock) because it sounded like he was being bleeped a few times. It was such an exciting moment and the guy deserves it, don’t you think? What a voice! He shared his thoughts on the moment:

“I thought that they were — I knew that if there was someone that got cut tonight — I thought that they wouldn’t use the save because there’s [still] 11 people,” Abrams, a camp counselor, said. “Oh my God! It’s unreal! I started singing and the fact that you cut it scared the stuff out of me.
