Not in a romantic way (did that title get you going though?) but in the film Bad Teacher where Justin Timberlake has just been cast to star along side his former girlfriend.  The two dated for almost 4 years before splitting in 2007.

Justin will play a substitute teacher who is seduced by Cameron’s character who is bitter after being dumped by her sugar daddy.  Hello awkwardness.

The movie also stars Molly Shannon, Eric Stonestree, John Michael Higgins and Jason Segel (dear Gawd please let there be  frontal of Jason Segel in this film).

The co-president of Columbia Pictures Doug Belgrad told Access Hollywood:

“With Justin, Molly and Eric, joining Cameron, Jason, Lucy and the rest of this dream comedycast, we couldn’t be more excited about this movie. We love what we’ve seen of Justin’s performance in David Fincher’s ‘The Social Network’ and he is a perfect match for this role.”

I bet Columbia is excited.  That’s big box office draw wanting to see the two of these ex lovers act together, isn’t it?

Clearly Cameron and Justin must be okay with this or they wouldn’t do it together. However it’s a starring role for Justin so maybe he would have done it regardless for his acting resume.  Who knows? I’m pretty sure they are over each other by now but there will still be awkwardness I would think.  They begin shooting in April.  If I can get my paws on pictures of the shoot you can bet your panties I will be posting them.

Could you work alongside an ex?

Justin Timberlake is on the set of his new movie, The Social Network filming in Los Angeles.  And while I think it’s great that he is branching out into various things, and he is also going to be receiving his Tasty Pudding Pop Award on February 5, I think it’s high time dude got his arse back in the recording studio, released a record and started a tour.  I need to go see him in concert.

Oh, and he needs a haircut.

Justin Timberlake’s empire just got a little larger with the addition of an accessories line to his William Rast clothing line. In particular, he will be joining forces with Viva International Group to add William Rast Eyewear and William Rast Racing Eyewear sunglasses.  Viva President Frank Rescigna:

Amen.  It seems that everything Justin Timberlake touches turns to gold.  The William Rast brand will not be stopping at sunglasses.  According to Colin Dyne, Chief Executive Officer of People’s Liberation, the parent holding company of William Rast the brand will be expanding to include fragrances, footwear and other accessories.

The sunglass collection will be available at the William Rast stores as well as specialty retailers.

Last night the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards took place in Los Angeles honouring your favourite movies and television voted for by members of SAG.

I just love the gowns that these women wear and to me there were three that really stood out:  Christina Applegate, Holly Hunter and of course Helen Mirren.   I don’t know that the picture does justice to Helen’s dress because when she walked out on stage she was absolutely breathtaking.
