Dancing With The Stars’ Lacey Schwimmer and Lance Bass reunited to attend Katie Holmes‘ Dizzy Feet Foundation’s inaugural celebration of Dance at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.  They look perfect together, don’t they?

Lots of other DWTS‘ past and present members in attendance:  Cheryl Burke, Gilles Marini, Kristi Yamaguchi, Mark Ballas, Derek Hough as well as Kenny Ortega, Sheila E, Nick Zano, Haylie Duff, Robert Hoffman, Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum.

Word has it that Katie Holmes exercises 4 hours a day a source tells Britain’s Look magazine:

“Katie is training for up to three or four hours a day and feels edgy if she doesn’t do enough,” When she was trying to lose the baby weight she realised how good exercise made her feel. “She does an hour or two of weight training. Then there’s cardio, 100 press-ups, 100 sit-ups and another run later in the day.”

That’s insanity!! I find it very hard to believe Katie, or anyone (except Madonna of course), spends 4 hours out of their day to work out.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big proponent of exercise, but 4 hours?? That’s craziness.

Dancing With The Stars dancer, Mark Ballas has sustained a groin injury while on tour with Dancing with the Stars and needs to sit out a couple of weeks worth of shows.

He was at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles when he ‘grimaced in pain as he apologized to the Staples Center crowd for not being able to give his all’ accoring to People.

He has been performing with his former Disco ball winning partner, Kristi Yamaguchi.

He’s a bit young for me, but Mark Ballas is HOT.  There is just something about him.  Injury or not, he fills out a pair of jeans real nice!!

A childhood friend of Kristi Yamaguchi’s husband (Bret Hedican), died on March 2, 2008 of a brain tumor leaving behind a wife and two young children.  The friend, Patrick Brandt, was only 37 years old.

In an effort to help the family, Kristi and Bret are hosting a fundraiser on August 21, called The Patrick Brandt Live Life, Give Love Celebration.  It will be a benefit concert and silent auction at The Myth Nightclub in Maplewood, Minnesota.

Rob Thomas (I LOVE him) headlines the show.  The show will also feature performances by Dancing pros Mark Ballas and Derek Hough’s band, Almost Amy. Yamaguchi and Ballas, Dancing‘s season six champs, will also perform a dance or two.
