Yesterday a search warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan’s Venice Beach home because she was believed to have stolen a necklace valued at $5,000 on January 21 from a jewelery store in the same area. Investigators stated that Lindsay,24 had been both photographed and videotaped wearing the piece.

TMZ is reporting that an associate of Lindsay’s surrendered the piece to police and it sits in a police locker classified as evidence.

Lindsay is on probation and could be facing charges from the Betty Ford assault incident. Additionally, as TMZ stated, just because it was turned in doesn’t mean Lindsay is out of the woods. The jewelery store owner could press charges if she so desired.

It seems that the cast of Glee has apologized to Lindsay Lohan for mocking her during the episode Gwyneth Paltrow starred in.

Lilo ran into the cast on Sunday night when she was out to dinner in West Hollywood.  The whole issue came up and they apologized to her saying that they didn’t mean to hurt her feelings.

She accepted, had some hugs, and then they all moved on.

I do think it’s messed up to mock people while they are in their distress.  They could have at least waited till she was out.  Either way, it would still be harsh.

Lindsay Lohan’s daddy, Michael Lohan made a little trip to the hospital yesterday afternoon, according to TMZ.   Michael was at a doctor’s office in Newport Beach, CA to get a consultation for a nose job.

Suddenly he started complaining of chest pains, so the nurse took his blood pressure, freaked by how high it was (200/110) and called 911.  Good idea.  They took him to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach to undergo tests and remain under observation.

The Teflon Don of sitcoms, Charlie Sheen has caught yet another break, thanks to his enablers camp that have put their heads together to come up with a solution to Charlie being in rehab.

TMZ is reporting that CBS, Warner Brothers and Charlie found an expert that they think will help him conquer his demons. Bitch, please. He has to want to conquer his demons and that’s unlikedly based on his text to Radar Online in which he states:

“I’m fine “People don’t seem to get it…. Guy can’t have a great time and do his job also?”

Yeah, he’s really ready to face his demons. It sounds to me like they are looking for someone to fix it for him as opposed to him actually working on himself.

TMZ featured a story earlier in which sources close to Charlie claim this ‘friend’ and assistant Rick Calamaro is a bad influence on him. Of course. It isn’t Charlie’s responsibility to take care of himself, it’s someone elses. Did the guy hold him down and stuff cocaine up his nose? I have a theory: you either want to do drugs or you don’t. Pretty simple, huh?

While I understand that Two and a Half Men employs 300 people, let’s call a spade a spade and stop enabling this guy. The police won’t even investigate the claims of a suitcase full of cocaine. How many times has he escaped investigations? What is it with this guy?

It amazes me that Lindsay Lohan is treated one way, and Charlie Sheen is treated so entirely different. Is it all because it boils down to money? Charlie makes a boatload of it for the stations? Is it gender discrimination? I read a very interesting article on it on Jezebel. Worth the read. Responses are also interesting.

Michael Lohan has come out and admitted that it was he who negotiated the deal and agreed to pay Betty Ford worker, Dawn Holland $25,000 in exchange for not pursuing charges against Lindsay Lohan.

Michael sent an email exclusively to Radar Online which reads:

“I am coming forward without regret, to tell the truth about the Dan Holland situation with my daughter. Lindsay.

“From the night of this occurrence, I have been aware of the entire situation.

Dawn DID assault Lindsay while demanding a urine (test) and took it to another level when Lindsay demanded the phone.

“Since then, Dawn has had her attorney meet with me, negotiate with me and even propose a “deal” with me, her lawyer and Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holly (Chapman) and while I agreed to Dawn Holland’s initial “number”,  to procure financial stability due to getting fired, she got greedy and took it to another level.

“Dawn DEMANDED that Lindsay agree to a sit down interview to make ‘amends’ for the sake of the public NOT because Dawn wanted to set the record straight, but because she negotiated a deal to make more money from the interview.

“When Lindsay said that amends don’t need to be a public thing, and she would  NOT do it publicly, Dawn fired her lawyer and hired another one out of vengeance.

“With Dawn Holland’s record for abuse, her assault charges, her credibility and desire for money, I believe that he courts and public will see, that this is a woman, who motives and intentions (sic), to set Lindsay up, so she could have financial gain.

“If she really was or is in “recovery”, she would seek it in an emotional way, rather than financial.

“If this was any other person, in the same situation, Dawn, nor the authorities would ever pursue it in this fashion.”

Radar Online contacted Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman who covered her ass stated:

“I have never entered into any agreement with Ms. Holland or with any representative of Ms. Holland– on Ms. Lohan’s behalf or otherwise– for money to be paid to Ms. Holland, either directly or indirectly.”

I can’t believe I’m saying this (and it will probably be the one and only time I do so, trust me) but Michael Lohan is correct in that if this were anyone other than Lindsay, this whole circus would not have happened.

Not being a lawyer or anything I’m wondering if there will be any repercussions to Michael admitting he paid someone not to press charges. Lindsay’s lawyer was very quick to remove herself from anything to do with it so that leads me to believe it may not have been Michael’s brightest move.

Could it be true?  Could Lindsay Lohan really be getting a fresh start?  If this report holds true, then yes.  By golly Lindsay Lohan will be living on a nice, clean slate.  Will she be able to keep it that way?

Dawn Holland, the employee who was fired from Betty Ford after the “scuffle” with Lindsay has filed a declaration with the D.A. saying,

“I do not desire Ms. Lohan prosecuted for the events of December 12, 2010,” adding, “I will not answer any questions to any policing or prosecutorial agencies regarding the events of December 12, 2010.”

Holland’s lawyer told TMZ that the D.A.’s office notified him that if she filed the document, the case would be dropped.

So, yes.  It sounds like that ridiculous drama will finally come to an end.
