Twilight fans everywhere probably pee’d themselves with delight as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the cast of Twilight Saga:  Eclipse attended last night’s world premiere in Los Angeles.

There is a picture of Robert Pattinson looking at Kristen Stewart when they are standing in front of the fans and if that isn’t love in his eyes I don’t know what is.  It’s at least affection.  Affection in a ‘I want to suck your neck’ kind of vampirey way.

Although Eclipse is just being released, there’s already talk about Breaking Dawn and how you can expect lots of skin as Robert and Kristen’s characters get down to bidness.  Yes there will be sex.  Will it be pornographic? That remains to be seen. According to screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg:

The relationship [between Pattinson's Edward and Stewart's Bella] does go all the way in the book, so in the movie, it will as well. You are going to see more skin in Breaking Dawn than you did in the other films.”

“Will it be pornographic? – That, I do not know,” Rosenberg said with a laugh. “I don’t know if it has to be R-rated, but it has to be what the book is, which means more skin. … I will definitely be writing more skin.”

Holla bitches! It’s going to be a great movie.

Genealogists have discovered that Robert Pattinson is related to Dracula. Can you believe that? I am inappropriately turned on by this.  According to Access Hollywood:

Genealogists say the 24-year-old “Twilight” star is related to Vlad the Impaler, widely cited as the inspiration for the main character in Bram Stoker’s “Dracula.”

Researchers at Ancestry.com discovered that Pattinson and the Transylvanian leader (real name: Vlad III Dracula) are connected through their relationship to the British royal family. Prince William and Prince Harry are Pattinson’s distant cousins; Vlad the Impaler was their distant uncle.

“Tracing Pattinson’s family back to Vlad was difficult research, but the pieces that unraveled created the perfect accompaniment to the Twilight Saga,” said Anastasia Tyler, a genealogist at Ancestry.com. “Without any myth or magic, we find royalty and vampires lurking in Pattinson’s life — making his story just as supernatural as the one he’s playing on screen.”

Also connected to the prince’s lineage and therefore to Dracula? Stephenie Meyer, the author of the “Twilight” series.

I did not know that RPattz was distantly related to Prince William and Prince Harry! Did you?

I’m sure if my roots were traced back you would see I was related to some crazy horny biotch who is probably institutionalized somewhere. Meh.  That’s life.

The Twilight frenzy has already started in Los Angeles where hundreds of fans have camped out at the Nokia Theatre a week before the world premiere of Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

The movie hits theatres June 30 with the Los Angeles premiere gala taking place a week beforehand and the fans are hoping to catch a glimpse of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner who are expected to be at the premiere.

They have Twilight blankets, have made banners, and posters and are watching a jumbo screen of the premiere trailer over and over and over and over again.  A person’s got to go crazy after that, right?

So does this mean that hundreds of people are going a week without showering, bathing and brushing  their teeth? The stench in that place at the end of the Twilight love fest is going to be narsty.  Yikes. If I spent a week without bathing or brushing my teeth I don’t think I’d want to meet the object of my stalking desires.  But that’s just me

The cast from Twilight Saga:  Eclipse visited Jimmy Kimmel for a Q&A segment called Jimmy Kimmel Live:  Twilight Saga: Total Eclipse of the Heart“.

Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Xavier Samuel, and Bryce Dallas all attended the special that airs on Wednesday June 23.

I’ve attached a video that doesn’t actually show them answering anything but shows them up on stage.  I believe this is the video from before the Q&A started.

The big guns at Summit Entertainment have confirmed that Twilight’s final book Breaking Dawn will be split into two films according to a press release:

“Summit Entertainment confirmed today that The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theatres on November 18, 2011.

“Academy Award winner Bill Condon will direct both films starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner along with Billy Burke as Charlie Swan, as well as returning members of the Cullen Family including Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme,Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Ashley Greene as Alice and Kellan Lutz as Emmett.“

Earlier this year Kristen Stewart spoke out saying Breaking Dawn:

“absolutely warrants two films.”

Breaking Dawn is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg and produced by Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Stephenie Meyer.  Production starts this Fall!
