Selena Gomez attended the Jingle Ball 2011 on December 1st where she covered Katy Perry's 'The One That Got Away' and I kind of wish she didn't. Don't get me wrong, I love me some Selena (I LOVE her Like a Love Song song), but this isn't working.

Selena Gomez 19, has announced that she is going to be a big sister! She announced on Twitter earlier today:

"Momma and Brian are finally letting me share the news," "My mommy's carrying my baby brother or sister. I'm the happiest girl in the world!"

In 2006 her mother Mandy Dawn Cornett married Brian Teefey after Selena's parents divorced when she was 5 years old. This will be the first child for Mandy and Brian.

That is wonderful news! You just know Selena will be a great big sister, but I have to say her mom looks SO young! No word on how old her mother is but whatever she is doing is working!

Singer Selena Gomez, 19, and her leading man, Justin Bieber, 17, channel old Hollywood at the 2011 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. on November 20.  Selena was the toast of the red carpet looking stunning as ever in a low-cut Giorgio Armani champagne gown with side slit and train.  Silver sandals, shimmering clutch and minimal jewellery completed her look.  Selena kept her make-up simple and wore her hair in romantic waves.  By her side, boyfriend Justin Bieber looked debonair and sophisticated in a black velvet tux and bow tie with hair slicked and parted on the side.  The lovebirds are just head over heels for one another.  In fact, Justin even carried the train of Selena's dress for her, because quite frankly my dear, he does give a damn.

Ask anyone who the golden girl of the 2011 American Music Awards was and one person comes to mind.  Taylor Swift, 21, sparkled in a beautiful strapless gold sequined gown by Reem Acra Spring 2012 Collection with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Jimmy Choo shoes.  Taylor was not only a winner on the red carpet, but also in all three categories in which she was nominated, including the highest accolade of the evening, Artist of the Year.  Taylor accepted the award with such humbleness, and said, "This is one of the craziest things that has ever happened to me."  Ah … it's all good crazy, my dear.  My advice to Taylor:  Keep singing and writing as good as you do Taylor, and things will never go back to being sane (nor would you want them to).  We love you!

After giving an outstanding singing/dance performance at the 2011 American Music Awards that earned her a standing ovation, it was time for Jennifer Lopez to get down to some serious partying at the 2011 AMA Post-Party at Greystone Manor Supperclub  in L.A. on Sunday night.  Looking nothing less than stunning, Jennifer lit up the shindig in this silver sequined mini from the Emilio Pucci Spring 2010 Collection, with silver sequined pumps and clutch and drop gem earrings completing her look.  Just watching her performance at the AMAs left me exhausted! Also dazzling in silver is Dita Von Teese when she attended the official launch of My Cointreau Travel Essentials at the Sunset Lounge inside the Mondrian South Beach Hotel in Florida on November 17.  Dita is the muse for My Cointreau Travel Essentials, (right) and you could just imagine the looks on the faces of the hotel guests when she made her entrance at the event sauntering down the hotel lobby's black spiral staircase in this silver Herve L Leroux gown with studded Christian Louboutin pumps, vintage earrings and Cartier ring.  Drinks are on the house!

Picture this:  A pair of sleek black leather pants topped with a simple, elegant silk blouse, and coordinated with a minimal black scarf and killer booties.  And who do you envision?  Model Carolyn Murphy, 38, when she attended the Cinema Society & Dior beauty screening of Young Adult at the Tribeca Grand Screening Room in NYC on November 18.  However, the good news is that you don't have to be a supermodel or attend a movie premiere to get this look (top right).  It's all just an order away at Victoria's Secret.

Cullen vampire hunk, actor Kellan Lutz, 26, arrived in style at the GQ Australia Men of the Year Awards at the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia on November 22.  Although not nominated for any awards at the event, Kellan is still a winner when he walked the red carpet in this dashing black suit and tie.  Best known for his role as Emmett Cullen in the hugely successful Twilight series (thank you, Stephenie Meyer), Kellan, who is also a model, did a hot photo shoot for GQ Australia in September and now has a new clothing line in the works.  To see pictures of the shoot head over to Access Hollywood. Saving the best for last!  Holding court at the movie premiere of Nova Zembla at the RAI Theatre in Amsterdam on November 22 was Princess Maxima who attended the event with husband, Prince Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.  The Princess, who could steal any leading lady's thunder, was stunning in a black one-shoulder creation complimented with silver clutch.  However, without a doubt, her most dazzling fashion accessories were the diamond drop earrings, diamond bracelets and diamond brooch.  Maxima proves that you can wear a lot of jewels and still keep it chic.  And I have to say, I absolutely love the placement of the diamond brooch.  It really sets the dress off.

She is the darling of country music and the darling of this week's Fabulous Fashionistas.  Country/Pop singer Taylor Swift, 21, not only won the coveted CMA's Entertainer of the Year award, but is also a winner in this dove-grey, diagonally draped J. Mendel gown.  And the length of the train says it all:  "Hail to the Queen of country music".  (No arguments there.)  A dress likes this needs no major bling-bling and I like the way she kept that to a minimum with subtle drop-style earrings.  For someone as young as Taylor, she has one of the best fashion senses in the business.  And whether Taylor wins an award or not, she'll always be a fashionista winner all 'round!

Also attending the CMAs was Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles, 37, who floated down the red carpet in this jewel encrusted, sea-foam, silk chiffon halter gown by Naeem Khan Fall 2011.  Completing the look with a Kotur clutch, delicate drop earrings and loosely swept-up hair, Jennifer is in a class of her own.  Definitely not a style that everyone can pull off, the tulip-shaped skirt is so befitting for her.  And for all you Jennifer Nettles fans, Jennifer will be hosting CMA Country Christmas which will air Thursday, December 1 (9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.  (And if that's past your bedtime, you can catch it again on Saturday, December 17 from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., ET).  Now, about this designer.  If you think this dress is magnificent, I highly recommend you check out Naeem Khan's other creations at www.naeemkhan.com.  And who knows, maybe Santa will be extra nice this year!  Just sayin' and prayin'.

If you've got it, flaunt it, and so she WORKED IT.  Hey, Jennifer Hudson.  I hope you're reading this, because I am thunderstruck!  You totally rocked it in this Michael Kors Spring 2012 fishtail gown with gold trim at the Michael Kors Celebration of American Fashion at the US Ambassadors' residence in Tokyo, Japan on November 5.  If this were a painting, I'd name it "The Pose".  And quite frankly, I think you should just walk down the street like this every day.  (However, something tells me that we mere mortals and cars would be crashing into each other.)  "It's a new dawn, It's a new day, It's a new life" and I bet she's feeling gooooood. 

Actress Sofia Vergara, 39,  (aka woman who can do no fashion wrong) was sizzling in silver on the (come on-admit it-you're jealous) green carpet when she attended the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, on November 10.  Wearing a strapless sequin-embroidered silver gown by Reem Arca with matching clutch, I'll bet she created a domino effect that had every photographer falling on top of each other at the event.  And just for that Ms. Vergara, I'm including two pictures. 

Also a vision of loveliness at the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards on November 10 was Shakira 34, who gave her hips a rest to walk the green carpet donning this breathtaking gold gown by Amato Couture Dubai with jewel encrusted bodice with a heavenly chiffon skirt and train.  However, Shakira's hips didn't rest all night as she also performed her latest hit Devocion during the event

It may be Fall, but that didn't stop actress Kerry Washington, 34, from lighting up the red carpet at Glamour’s 2011 Women of the Year Awards in New York City on November 7 in a Resort 2012 Marchesa strapless gown in a summery shade of lemon yellow with a daring cascading thigh-high split and jewel detailed waist.  Kerry completed her look with a white opal beaded Marchesa clutch, diamond earrings and Christian Louboutin nude pumps.  Wearing her hair swept up in loose waves, accentuates Kerry's beautiful shoulders and arms.  I don't know you about, but just looking at this picture puts me in a happy place on a sandy beach with a never-ending supply of sunblock 70.

The world's most famous newlyweds, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge hosted a reception in aid of the National Memorial Arboretum Appeal at St James’s Palace in London on November 10.  Never overstated and never understated, as always, Catherine was the epitome of simple elegance in this silver Jenny Packham gown in silk-satin.  Catherine looked like a Grecian goddess in the one-shoulder creation with swept bodice and flared sleeve.  Her look was completed with silver platform pumps, diamond bracelet and, most poignantly, a Remembrance Day poppy.  William was equally dashing in his double-breasted black tuxedo.  William is patron of the National Memorial Arboretum Appeal which is aiming to raise £12 million to turn the Arboretum, which honours those who have sacrificed their lives for Britain, into a world-renowned centre for remembrance.  Good on you William and Kate!

All good things come in small packages.  And the same can be said for singer Selena Gomez, 19, who proves that you don't have to be supermodel tall to look strikingly gorgeous.  Selena strikes a pose at the 2011 MTV European Music Awards in Belfast, Ireland on November 7.  Wearing a short embroidered ivory frock by Marchesa, Selena completed her look with matching Casadei peep-toe pumps charmingly creating the visage of a ballerina and angel in one.  Selena's style is so versatile.  She can look everything from angelic to daring and still keep it classy.  What do you think of this look? 

And completing this week's Fabulous Fashionistas is Glee's, Lea Michele, 26 who attended Glamour’s 2011 Women of the Year Awards at Carnegie Hall in NYC on November 7.  Lea opted for this breathtaking Jenny Packham sequined flowing gown, complimented with Sergio Rossi pumps, Tiffany & Co. jewels and Jimmy Choo handbag.  Now that's one shopping spree every girl could handle!  So I ask you.  Is it any wonder why Lea won The Diva Next Door award at the event?  No wonders here.

Selena Gomez has received such a serious death threat that the LAPD are now involved as this man poses a serious harm to her and they are taking this VERY seriously. Additionally Selena has obtained a restraining order and is said to be in real fear for her life TMZ is reporting.

The person behind the threat is Thomas Brodnicki a 46 year old man that has a criminal history of stalking. And if that isn't scary enough he told his psychiatrist he was going to kill Selena. 

TMZ got their hands on the court documents and he told his shrink:

he traveled from Chicago to L.A. to meet her, visited her workplace at least 3 times and has told people he had conversations with God about killing her.

This is beyond frightening and I think some people can not be rehabilitated or at least there is a very slim chance that they can be. My heart goes out to Selena she must be terrified.

Justin Bieber is just 17 years old but he is such a little romantic dude. It seems that he and girlfriend Selena Gomez 19, had tickets to see Demi Lovato at the Nokia Center in Los Angeles last night and after the concert was over, Justin took Selena underground to the Staples Center where he had arranged to have the entire Staples Center ALL TO THEMSELVES. Why you ask? So they could watch The Titanic together.

Seriously give this little man props for being so romantic. And if you think it's because he's filthy rich, think again. This little romantic gesture cost the Biebs NOTHING. Because he had sold the place out for 3 days in a row, and nothing was happening in there anyway, they let him do this for FREE!

Isn't that the sweetest thing? Have you seen The Titanic? I cried like a baby. 

If you didn't like Justin Bieber before this, you probably really hate him now, ha! Not many guys 17 or even twice that age can top that surprise.
