The Green Day musical, ‘American Idiot’, is holding auditions in Toronto it has been announced. Dancap Productions announced the open casting call will take place March 26.

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt proudly opened the New York play in April of 2010 which is based on their tremendously successful album of the same name from 2004. The show has received tremendous praise in New York since its opening.

I can only hope that the boys from Green Day will be spending some time in Toronto for this and definitely for the opening. This is one show to see.

Lady GaGa brought 10 year old sensation Maria Aragon on stage last night during her concert sold at show at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto where the two sang Born This Way together.

Maria became a YouTube sensation when her mother posted a video of her singing Born This Way playing the piano and Lady GaGa saw it and the rest is history. This happened in February!

It was a family affair in Toronto last night as Justin Bieber premiered Never Say Never. He was joined by his mom Pattie Mallette, father Jeremy Bieber and his little sister Jazymin. She is so adorable I just can’t get over it. His great grandmother Estelle Corbeil can be seen proudly kissing her great grandson. So, so sweet!

Also making an appearance was his dear friend and fellow Canadian, Drake (Aubrey Graham).

Imagine the decibel level of the shrieks last night at the AMC Theatre at Yonge and Dundas. I’m surprised I didn’t hear them.

I’ve thrown in pictures of him at the press conference for the film as well. Canada is very proud of this kid. Despite all the craziness that his life has become he remains a really level-headed kid. His mom did a great job on him.

The stars are starting to arrive in Toronto for the 34th Annual Toronto International Film Festival.  Giddy Up.

The stars usually stay, shop and dine in Yorkville.  Joe Jonas, Kid Rock, Milla Jovovich along with on-again, off-again couple Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.

Pink is seen rehearsing for her performance on Much Music.

She recently talked about how her hectice schedle was to blame for her marriage breakup saying:

“It’s such a cliche when you talk about a hollywood divorce, but the scheduling did get very hard. And it seemed that I was always the one left in charge of it. I got tired of being the Schedule Woman.”

She intends to start dating:

“I’m kind of boy crazy at the moment, but I’m strictly, ‘Look, don’t touch’. Until I find someone who is yummier than Carey, I’m not interested. And I haven’t yet.”

The stars turned out for the L.A. premiere of Appaloosa last night.

I have like TOTALLY forgiven Vito Mortgensen for thinking Toronto was in the U.S when he was here at TIFF.  So much so that I am rethinking my stalking plan of luring him to my Den of Love where I can make him love me bond with him in a way I KNOW he needs.  Why won’t he return my calls?  Why does he keep sending me these pesky lawyer letters that always begin with Cease and Desist?  I don’t think I’m following what he is trying to tell me.
