Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today looking quite sexified in a body-hugging white dress. I can’t tell but is girl braless? I hope she at least wore some undies.

Did you watch the arraignment today? If you missed it, you can check it out at TMZ. The judge warned her that because there is a pending felony case and until it has been settled any violation of the law will see her ass in jail WITHOUT BAIL.

He explained to her that a felony is much different and doesn’t entitle the person to bail. He then went on to tell her she isn’t different than anyone else and ‘Please, do not push your luck’.

Lindsay Lohan Has Big Plans Today

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley and the prosecuting attorney Danette Meyers are expected to work out a plea deal that will reduce the charge from a felony resulting in much less jail time. Harvey Levin had stated that because of overcrowding in jails and whatnot she could serve significantly less time than she otherwise would have.

Bail was set at $20,000 for the felony charge and $20,000 for the revoking probation in her DUI case for a total of $40,000.

As much as I would hope she ‘gets it’ I’m beginning to wonder if she does or ever will. Was this a misunderstanding or what?

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia DeRossi wed last night in a small and intimate gathering at their home in the Hollywood Hills.  De Rossi, 35, wore a backless, light pink dress, and DeGeneres, 50, dressed in white pants, button-up shirt (pink striped) and white vest. According to an onlooker: 

“They were hugging and kissing, and looked ecstatic,” the onlooker adds. “Ellen was helping Portia with the train of her dress, which looked like a Cinderella tutu.”

Ten large Pizza’s were delivered to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi’s wedding, and even though there were less than 20 guests, a media stir was still caused with press waiting by the gates and flying above in helicoptors.
